I tried all powder flavors and I still cant decide which one is the best (except berries it has a weird aftertaste). It's simple to shake it with water and the powder melts pretty nice. The texture is good. I have 70kg and normally I have breakfast in the morning and at about noon I drink one shake and eat some kind of fruit also (banana, apple) it keeps me full for 4-5 hours. Currently I'm using the powder for a year now, usually 4 times a week. If I had to choose 3 flavors I would recommend Coffee, Peanut and Pistachio. I also tried all the ready to drink products and they are so-so some flavors are great some not. I will stick to the powders for sure.
