Screenshot the guarantees

I should have taken a screenshot of the 30-day money back guarantee pages. I bought two different things: Fat Loss Extreme for Her and Custom Plan. The Custom Plan says it’s a month of menus. In fact, it’s three days repeated twice each week and a last day each week. So there are actually only four days of meals. Someone emails once a week to find out how much you weigh and tells you to use their substitution list yourself so it’s not actually custom to you, you have to figure it out yourself. From the first day I started to today after 28 days, I’ve lost 0.4 pounds.

So, the Fat Loss Extreme Plan? Same series of exercises repeated twice each week, one set for upper body, another for lower. Very boring.

When I asked for refund for each, the diet person said oh, the guarantee is only if you get the Custom Plan, which is exactly what I thought I had. For the exercises, they just cancelled the renewal, no refund.

Oh and you get repeated emails, regardless if you unsubscribe.

Doesn’t import Health data

I had signed up for a 28-day program. At about day 19, there was an update to the app and all my progress data was wiped out. Not nice. It also doesn’t track any of the items I’ve assigned from Health, I regularly get over 10,000 steps and it doesn’t track them, either in the app itself or importing from Health.

Please check your Health app settings, and re-apply the activity tracking settings for BetterMe.

Also, please ensure that you are always using the newest app version since it is crucial for data and progress tracking.

Terrible experience

Terrible. Negative comments are not permitted on the Facebook site, I got no help at all when trying asking for it. I did the program 6/7 per week exactly as instructed, added weights, watched my diet, no results at all. Not one inch gone, no weight lost, in fact I gained 6 lbs. Very bad experience, don’t waste your money. EDIT: three months after I left the review, so after the refund time has passed, they reply here saying we'll give you a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Order not received after over a week.

I’m reviewing after over a week. Still haven’t received my products. I’m in Canada so maybe that’s why but I’ve been leery shopping with them, I’ll wait until I get my items and see if they fit before giving them more stars.
