Awful customer experience. Promised to exchange my credit to a full refund and they have ignored my emails for weeks. JUST TERRIBLE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The WORST experience ever. Advertised bedding to arrive with next day delivery, the first half of the parcel arrived 1 month late and the 2nd half arrived 2 months late. This is False advertising, their customer service was awful throughout and I would advise against dusk.

I ordered a gift voucher as a present, supposedly dispatched, but still not arrived. I emailed twice and never heard back, called their telephone number which told me I was first in the queue for 10 mins and then told me no one was available and ended the call. Finally got through on live chat to someone who apparently sent a replacement, this hasn't arrived either. Don't waste your time, buy somewhere else! Expensive, luxury brands should conduct themselves as one, this experience is terrible.

Couldn’t rate my treatment more. I am getting so many compliments on my brows, I am very fussy on my shape and style and was able to have heaps on input which suited me perfectly. Can’t wait to return! X
