Extremely unresponsive
On ordering I immediately realised I had ordered the wrong size and contacted them straight away through both the contact form (which they said was for urgent contact to change orders) and on email. They didn’t respond and shipped my order without changing it. When I called I got a message to say they would call back and 2 hours later I still haven’t heard.
