Do not order from this website unless…

Do not order from this website unless you are psychic and know for sure that you will want to keep the items ordered. I ordered multiple dresses for upcoming events and not one of them fitted me as I expected. I bought different dresses in different sizes and all of them were ill fitting and made poorly. The refund process is frustrating and if you do t pay attention, you’ll end up asking for an exchange and not a refund and that is the option that is most obvious (and forced in your face). A refund label is £20 which is unjustifiable when many other international brands do not charge for returns - feels like a scam to claw as much money back from clients as possible. If the dresses were of a good quality then a return would not be necessary - which is even more disappointing when the price of most items are much higher than other brands with free returns. DO BETTER AND ATOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH POOR QUALITY DRESSES

Terrible, terrible airline with absent staff and awful food

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent Iberia flight returning from Peru — what should have been a peaceful end to a once-in-a-lifetime holiday turned into one of the most uncomfortable and distressing experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid extra for an extra legroom seat (37E), but a large group of teenagers treated the space like a walkway for the entire 1flight. They walked through my legroom constantly, trampled over my belongings (shoes, pillow, blanket, hoodie), and congregated around my seat, making me feel intimidated and anxious. I didn’t feel safe leaving my seat to use the toilet, fearing for my belongings — and at one point, a boy tried to move my legs, leaned into my face, and grabbed my screen. I was genuinely frightened.

The cabin crew were mostly absent and unhelpful. When I finally raised this, I was simply told “don’t let them walk through” — as if it was my job to police other passengers. I was also refused access to my overhead bag (which had essential medication), even though the seatbelt sign was off, and rubbish was not cleared throughout the flight.

Food and refreshments were extremely limited, yet the disruptive teenagers seemed to be given extras regularly, which felt very unfair.

I spent a lot of money on this flight expecting basic comfort and respect. Instead, I was ignored, uncomfortable, and felt intimidated. Terrible, terrible airline.

DO NOT BOTHER

DO NOT BOTHER! Only useful for scamming students! I subscribed to StuDocu to access revision materials but forgot to cancel after my exams ended, as I am sure many do. When I noticed the fee was taken from my account, I immediately contacted them to request a refund — something they state I may be entitled to in their terms.

They initially offered me a partial refund of £23, claiming I had accessed premium content since the charge. I don't believe this is true — my exams had finished a month earlier, and I had no reason to use the site. I asked for evidence, but received no response.

Despite claiming they respond within 24 hours, I had to chase them repeatedly — only getting a reply after using the live chat MONTHS after my initial request. The customer service is appalling and failed to provide a basic response or any clear answers or evidence.

Eventually, they claimed I accessed premium content twice on the very day I requested the refund, and reduced their offer to just £11.94 for a half-yearly subscription - which I can only guess is due to the length of time to get a resolution caused by there complete lack of response. No explanation, no escalation, no accountability.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to wear down refund requests by delaying responses, avoiding evidence, and gradually lowering the offer — hoping customers will give up. Taking advantage of poor students.

I feel completely scammed. Months later, I still have no resolution and no refund.

Think very carefully before subscribing.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Requested a refund in March and did not receive a response to this request until I sent a chaser email to which I received a rude response saying I was only entitled to a partial refund because I viewed premium content since the payment - which I believe to be untrue and a scam to prevent full refunds. No further correspondence was received when I queried this, or further information about getting a refund, despite sending many follow up emails and a formal complaint.

Say they will endeavour to reply in 24 hours which is categorically untrue.

Content is not worth the money - don't bother.

Would leave a zero star if it were…

Would leave a zero star if it were possible. Don’t buy a parking season ticket from this company. Customer care and customer service is appalling.

Car parks are disgusting, not well maintained and dangerous.
