The worst customer experience
Like the clothes but the worse customer service I have ever ever experienced. First time when it took 6 weeks to receive my order, I gave them benefit of the doubt, but now second time round have been chasing relentlessly to try and receive my refund over 6 weeks. It’s totally unacceptable. They have no idea what is going on with orders, even after spelling it out for them I still haven’t received anything. Going to reporting as they are breaking customer rights.
