Like the clothes but the worse customer service I have ever ever experienced. First time when it took 6 weeks to receive my order, I gave them benefit of the doubt, but now second time round have been chasing relentlessly to try and receive my refund over 6 weeks. It’s totally unacceptable. They have no idea what is going on with orders, even after spelling it out for them I still haven’t received anything. Going to reporting as they are breaking customer rights.

My advisor Jo was very nice, helpful and friendly! Booking went smoothly and nothing was a problem! Made us feel special that we were booking our honeymoon. Would definitely use again.

Had such a wonderful experience buying from Meeka. Micaela is such a lovely person, very responsive and the products are gorgeous. The styles, fabrics and how they come packaged. I didn't originally budget for the price point of the robes but I couldn't resist and it paid off. Lovely quality and can't wait to wear mine, and gift my bridesmaids on my wedding morning. It will most certainly make such a difference! So nice to support a woman in an up and coming business.

Two chaps delivered our very heavy object from Swoon today and were extremely helpful in the current circumstances. Wish I knew their name to thank them personally!
