At Parenting Leader, we help parents who are tired of yelling, guilt, and daily power struggles. If you've ever gone to bed thinking, “I didn’t want to be that kind of parent,” you're not alone. And you're in the right place. Our most popular program, the No Yelling Challenge, has helped thousands of parents shift from constant frustration to calmer, more connected days with their kids. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about learning what actually works, especially in those tough moments when nothing seems to help. We offer simple, realistic tools for positive parenting that actually fit into your life. Whether you're raising a strong-willed toddler, a moody tween, or a child with ADHD, our parenting courses are designed to give you practical tips that you can use right away. Many of our users start with the No Yelling Challenge, but we also offer an ADHD Parenting Challenge for those facing more specific struggles. Both are filled with support, real talk, and doable strategies that don’t rely on punishments or lectures. We believe parenting should feel less like surviving and more like something you’re proud of.

I was promised a refund and I still didn’t receive it. I feel really angry about that and therefore I would not NOT recommend this program to anyone.

Biggest scam ever.
Could subscribe for around 10 dollars and the second I payed they charged me 103 dollars + the last two days they charged me more and I contacted them the second after paying and said I wanted a refund + cancellation of the subscription, I wrote them twice, no response, now they keep sending me mails about my subscribtion so I made it into a police report.
I want my money back and a cancallation and I want a mail with a conformation.

I was charged for a new month after cancelling my subscription and they refuse to refund with some weak arguments.
Update for ParentingLeader:
I am alredy in correspondence with Dan from your support, who does nothing, but sending generic e-mails over and over without reading mine and without looking into the matter

Honestly, I was a bit frustrated when it comes to raising my yelling son, but I followed the instructions and I am feeling progress. Not still perfect though, but working on it

I initially purchased the 28 days challenge as a one time purchase.
While proceeding to check out there was a dozen of offers to make you buy more - I skipped all of them. After 30 days I was suddenly charged £46.40. This charge wasn't authorised by me as I didn't sign up for any subscription.
Customer service pastes automatic responses which don't answer my refund request.
I will be contacting my bank.

This company is a complete scam and it is very unfortunate that they are taking advantage of desperate parents seeking help.
I signed up for the 28-day challenge. I wasn't notified at the time of sign up that this was a subscription with a reoccurring monthly charge. The next month, I was randomly charged $32. I immediately emailed to cancel my subscription, which they did, but refused to refund me or even address the reason for the charge in the email. I sent over 10-15 emails back and forth with customer support asking the reason for my charges, why I wasn't being refunded and even began to receive rude responses and sarcastic emails back. I then searched the web and saw so many similar experiences. Extremely unprofessional and have no idea how customer service works.
This is a complete scam of a company. PLEASE DO NOT provide them with any credit card information. They will continue charging it and not refund you until you cancel your card.

They are stealing money, you pay for 1 month and then they just charge you for 60 dollars and customer service does not answer . Disaster! Do not use

Just another confirmation that this is a SCAM!!
I signed up for ONE month in December 2024. Yet today I was charged for a subscription. When I reached out to let them know about this error, they told me they can only refund me if I prove I used their product for 5 days. So something I did NOT want and did NOT authorize is now my fault because I have no intention of using something I didn’t purchase.
They have now stopped responding to my e-mails.
I can’t believe how many people they appear to be doing this to.

I don’t even remember looking into this company until I suddenly had a $56 charge on PayPal. It turns out they got my information somehow over a year and a half ago (I’m guessing I clicked on a free parenting quiz on a Facebook link?). No idea why I suddenly got charged now. I ended up having to cancel my credit card just to be sure. I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

Was very careful on sign up to one respect the one month challenge. After the first month I was charged for an ongoing subscription. I used their costumer complaints section to request a refund and cancel all ongoing. I have just gotten to the second month and been charged again. I don’t know how to stop their charges. Their contact section obviously doesn’t work

Not value added or timed at your leisure as advertised. Complete waste of money

I just started, but I like simple but important content within the lessons. I hope next lessons will be as useful as these already completed.

Scam!!!!!!!!!!! Read the reviews paid for what was a once of payment and realised they tried taking $92 28days later with no email
Or any kind of correspondence to say there wil be another payment. Lucky my bank blocked the transaction. But now my card has been cancelled.
Scam!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up and paid for a 28 day challenge. After that, I was charged an obscene amount for a product I did not order or consent to, nor do I know what that charge was for. When I immediately disputed it, they said they could offer me 50% off out of “goodwill”. The challenge itself was mediocre at best and only skimmed the surface of ADHD offering very little in ways of tools or research. Very disappointed by this company preying on families who are going through parenting struggles.

This is the email I just opened from this company, because I had delayed in deciding whether to invest in an online course which I had found via face book click-bait ad
'This is a business decision, not an emotional appeal.
The $50 discount ends in 48 hours. Whether you use it or not.
I can't keep prices artificially low while you decide if your children's emotional safety is worth investing in.’
I find the tone insulting, accusatory, unethical.
Reply from ParentingLeader
Completed the initial questionnaire but didn't sign up because I didn't like the pricing. They then sent me upwards of 5 marketing emails a day, pushing me to sign up. One highly emotionally exploitative email said that if I didn't sign up, my child would be in counselling in 20 years and would be saying that I was prone to emotional outbursts and my child "never felt emotionally safe". How absurd! Pathetic.

I can already feel shifts in how I respond to people. It’s not overnight change, but it’s steady growth, and that makes me hopeful for the first time in a long while

scam, after 28days plan, they charged my money 59.99$ without any acceptance, confirmation from my side in advance, no invoice, nothing.
Also when i had the 28days plan, there was no information that they are allowed to take money from my side.
Everyone please be careful with this ParentingLeader, scam scam scam, bad customer service, not providing evidence to customer when i asked.
