Absolute scam

Absolute scam.

I paid the initial fee and then was charged $90 and again the following month. The contact link didn't work and making contact or finding any details on how the service actually works has been extremely difficult. This company is not transparent. I would not have joined had I known the full deal.

I couldn't be more disappointed...

I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience of my last order with ipantry. I placed an order for next day delivery and was sent a confirmation email saying to expect it the following day. It didn't show. So I sent an email enquiring. Didn't hear back. So I sent another email a few days later. Finally after 7 days I heard back and informed they had lost my order and will book delivery for SEVEN more days time. So I had to wait 2 whole weeks for my promised "next day delivery". No compensation. No "here, have 10% off your next delivery" and barely an apology. Who is running this business?? They need more employees obviously and better customer service.

Hi,

We do apologize for your negative experience with us having issues with getting your order to you properly.

A customer agent had been in contact to rectify this however due to our courier changeover in this period regional deliveries where heavily impacted with delays and errors.

I'll forward this onto our management team in ways to compensate further as a refund for the order has been made as per request.

We hope this event doesn't occur again.
