SCAM.
I signed up for the 28 day challenge, only paid $10-$14 if I remember correctly. Now all the sudden a couple of months later I have a charge for $42?!!!?? Tried logging into my account today and what do you know, my account doesn’t even exist. I sent an email a month ago after an attempted withdraw from my bank account to cancel my “subscription” that I never signed up for and now a month later they took my money illegally with no existing subscription. How can they do that? And no customer service to speak to? That’s convenient! Just keep sending emails and pray that someone does the right thing? All I know if that if I don’t get a response to my second attempt to remove my account and NOW get a REFUND then I will be taking this to my lawyer. Heck maybe even start a class action because from what I see in these reviews, plenty of parents trying to be GREAT parents have been scammed!

Most importantly, it made me feel like I wasn't alone. Most of the things I was reading felt like someone was in my house watching.

This company is nothing but scammers!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM!!! I fell for their stupid ad claiming 28 day plan for just $9.49 - I didn't even use it at all becuase it required I uploaded an app and just never got around to it. Now exaclty 28 days later, they were charging my card $62.84!!!! I never even received any information anywhere for any reoccuring charges or subscriptions. They have no way to get in touch with anyone unless I email, which they have not answered. luckily my credit card company declined it and now I have a mess becuae they put my account on hold so I have to go thru the headache of getting a new card and setting up all my payments again just because of this company that scams people. Disgusting the work they do to take advantage of people and lie about it. Please don't fall for their lies!

I was going to sign up for this right after I got paid but the email that I got from them has made me definitely decide to not only never sign up with them I will also be telling my friends who are parents not to sign up. The email is very rude and just disrespectful. If I could attach a picture of it I would. The way that they basically call you a horrible parent for not signing up and it just get worse as you continue to read it. This being part of what they sent “I'm disappointed, but not surprised.
Experience has taught me that only 3% of parents who see the program actually invest in transformation.
97% choose to stay stuck.
They choose familiar dysfunction over unfamiliar growth. Known patterns over unknown possibilities. Comfortable chaos over the work of healing.
You're part of the 97%.
This is my final message about the transformation you chose not to pursue.” Disgusting behavior from a parenting app. I don’t understand how they think this will help someone. You tear down parents for what?! To gain business?

I have been trying to reach their customer service for 3 months now, each month they charge me without my consent even though their automated AI customer service confirms each time that they have canceled my subscription. This is a complete fraud. I need someone or a real person to get back to me ASAP or else I'll take a legal action through my bank in England and my solicitor to sue them for charging me and keep using my data without my consent !

If there was an option for minus stars, that’s what I’d give. It’s a clever con: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Visa is currently investigating them for fraud. And they’re not based in America, they’re based in Cyprus. I could go on. I have evidence to back all of these statements.

Terrible experience. The customer service was awful. They kept billing me after they confirmed my subscription was cancelled. Also the lessons are things you can look up on google for free.

They're a bunch of scammers, I paid for a 28 day parenting plan. 2 months later, they charge $90 from my account!! I never signed up to any subscriptions, I reached out and emailed them, I then! Get told that I'm not adhering to their policy's, so they will only out of good grace, refund me half my money back! I explained I never signed up to anything! And that I also certainly didn't sign up for a subscription of $90!!!
Bunch of thieves.

Biggest scam!!! Parenting Leader charged me $59.31 for a subscription that I do not use and have never used. I emailed the company requesting a refund and cancellation of subscription but the refund request was ignored! I have already contacted the BBB and filed a complaint - based on the reviews alone - Parenting Leader does not appreciate their customers (or their children) and are seeking funds whether you use their services or not.

I have to confirm the bad reviews here. This company is a full scam. They play with the desperation of parents. After a long time always seeing the 28 date challenge I thought I will give it a try. For 8,99 euro I can’t loose anything here.
The whole purchase already was a scam and overwhelming and I should have trust my guts and skip it. They want to sell additional things the whole time and you have to be carefully not to buy other services. In the end there is no mention of a monthly subscription only in the small letters , you want see it after the overwhelming purchase way. The invoice is also not me ruining anything neither the account you have.
After a month they charged my credit card with 59,99 usd out of the nowhere. I directly cancelled the subscription were I was totally unaware. This time they also don’t send an invoice to me ruin the deduction. They charge you the full amount even you never confirmed that. Contacting them they reply with standard email and don’t answer your questions as they know they are scamming people. They offer a 50 per cent refund which is still a lot of money for an incredible bad app/program. There is a teasing you can purchase this app through Apple/microsoft store as it is a scam.
Be aware, don’t purchase it. Also they delete negative comments on Facebook and Instagram directly. That’s why the comment section I als most empty.
Update: after this review they finally refund the money. But still for me this whole app is scam. Make the purchase more transparent .

I'd give it a zero if I could. I canceled my free trial and thtn over a month later I get a $60 charge. I asked for a full refund, which they will not give me. Very shady company. Do not trust, do not try, do not buy!

They took my money and I don’t ever remember subscribing to them. They won’t refund it even though I haven’t used their program. They are a scam. Don’t click on any links affiliated with them.
To your response. I have contacted you 6 times and each time been refused a refund for a product I never used. Your company is a money grabbing scam.

This is a scam. The app is poor so firstly I wouldn't waste your time and secondly they do not cancel your subscription despite numberous emails being sent. I emailed two weeks ago asking to cancel (as there is no possibly way on the app) they responded saying they would give me a 50% refund and then took another payment out yesterday. Again I emailed and they offered another 50% refund.
I will be disputing this with my bank and getting my money back but for in future don't waste time and money.

I found their page and quiz on Facebook yesterday. I received 4 basic emails yesterday trying to get me to sign up, nothing unusual. Later that night after I got my kids in bed, I check my email again and by the 5th email their tactics had changed. Amanda Lawson emailed to me was very hurtful and bullying. She said and I quote "I can't keep prices artificially low while you decide if your children's emotional safety is worth investing in". I responded in a defensive manner and told them not to email me again and then unsubscribed. This morning I woke up to another email from Dr. Sarah. In the very 1st sentence said " in 20 yrs your child will be in therapy". These people don't know me or my situation. I found a quiz and took it bc it is a topic I have been working on getting better at in doing less which is yelling after trying to talk to my children and they ignore me. I feel they caused more trauma in my part in just a couple of emails.

Their ADHD plan I paid for was great and I loved it. The company, however, is awful. They trick you into buying one thing and then hit you with a $64 charge out of nowhere. When I asked for a refund, they offered me a 50% refund and when I pushed back, they required me to submit proof that I followed the plan for 7 consecutive days in order to get a full refund. First, that's a ridiculous requirement just to get a refund. Second, there is no way to prove that I used it for 7 consecutive days because the app isn't set up that way. Amazing. They are thieves.

Awful! You will be charged for $58 in parentingleader again, and again, and again! I placed disputes in my bank account, I wrote emails multiple times, received confirmation of cancellation every time and was charged through my credit card again in 2 weeks! P.S. Your feedback that you are not scammers contradicts with my personal experience YOU ARE REAL SCAMMERS!!

I was charged $60 without my consent for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for and never used. This charge appeared suddenly, and when I reached out for support, I received no clear explanation or accountability.
After checking Trustpilot, I found hundreds of other reviews (nearly 500) describing the same issue — unauthorized charges, unclear billing practices, and difficulties getting refunds. This looks less like an isolated mistake and more like a systematic pattern of deceptive practices.
At this point, I consider the company’s operations highly questionable. I am demanding a full refund, filing a dispute with my payment provider, and moving forward with all possible legal actions.
I strongly urge others to exercise extreme caution before providing any payment information to this company.
