It’s not about being perfect. It’s about learning what actually works, especially in those tough moments when nothing seems to help. We offer simple, realistic tools for positive parenting that actually fit into your life. Whether you're raising a strong-willed toddler, a moody tween, or a child with ADHD, our parenting courses are designed to give you practical tips that you can use right away. Many of our users start with the No Yelling Challenge, but we also offer an ADHD Parenting Challenge for those facing more specific struggles. Absolute scam. Took a quiz, didnt sign up for anything then find they've been taking money from my account every month. Contacted them, they sent an irrelevant screenshot saying I agreed to their subscription. The bank investigated and refunded. THIS IS A SCAM

Absolute scam. Paid for a trial and then realised they’ve been charging me $85USD p/month without me knowledge or consent. They are refusing the provide evidence that I agreed to any ongoing payments and they are refusing to refund. BE WARNED!

I have been charged and cannot find a way to easily cancel my subscription and am kicking myself for not reading these reviews sooner

I had a very disappointing experience with Parenting Leader. I requested a full refund for unused services, citing my legal rights under Spanish consumer protection laws. Despite following their refund policy and providing all necessary documentation, they only offered a partial refund and delayed the process unnecessarily. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt their response did not respect my rights as a consumer. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and professionalism. Would not recommend.

I thought I was just signing up for another self-help thing, but it feels more like a mirror. I’m finally seeing myself without filters, and it’s refreshing

They steal your money without authorization. Charged me $63.75. The content is very basic you can get the info googling.

❌ Avoid Parenting Leader ❌
I bought a one-off course but was later charged $99.99 for a subscription I never authorised. The company admitted it was a “technical mistake” and promised a refund once I closed my PayPal case — then refused to refund. I’m now escalating to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Check your accounts carefully!

Absolute scam - was charged 139 usd extra for item I did not approve buying.

Clicked through an instagram ad, did the quiz, was not in a position to buy. Came back to it ina few hours later and noticed I'd received a couple of email reminders - not unusual. What was unusual was the nasty, manipulative tone of the emails. I'm not shy of 'tough love' but heck, that was something. Glad I didnt subscribe now and definitely won't be doing in the future. Makes me wonder whether it's a real person with real experiences behind the company or just a make-believe persona.

I was charged for things I did not sign up for. I reached out and have not heard back. It is a scam. Desperate parents are wanting help and end up losing money in the process. Do not recommend.

Big scam. Appear to be a good app with good intentions (to help parents) but then they tried to take money from my account without permission. Fortunately my bank account froze the account and the money was saved. Do not purchase their services!

Extremely rude emails of a bullying nature! Extremely unprofessional! I quite:
“I’m disappointed but not surprised. Experience has taught me that only 3% of parents who see the program invest in transformation. 97% choose to stay stuck. They choose familiarity dysfunction over unfamiliar growth. Known patterns over unknown possibilities. Comfortable chaos over the work of healing. You’re part of the 97%. This is my final message about the transformation you chose not to pursue. I understand breaking reactive patterns feels scary when you e lived with them for years. But understanding doesn’t change the impact on your children. You hike you were “thinking about it” your explosive reactions kept damaging their developing nervous system. They continued learning that love isn’t emotionally safe. They kept practicing self protection from their “safest” person. They continue building relationship templates based on chaos. Other parents chose differently: (a couple of quotes praising program).
They weren’t ready more than you. They weren’t capable more than you. They weren’t deserving of peaceful families more than you. You’re being removed from this sequence because you have made the choice clear through inaction. You will continue receiving our general newsletter with tips that won’t address your explosive patterns because surface level advice can’t heal deep-rooted dysfunction. The real work- the transformation work- is for the 3% that choose courage. I hope someday you’ll join them. I hope someday you’ll be able to prioritize your family’s peace over your fear of investing in yourself. But today isn’t that day. And that’s ok. Most parents are t ready for real change. Your children will adapt to whatever version of you they get. They always do. Write a different story- midnight deadline”
So… if you wish to be bullied and mentored by a business owner who clearly has not worked through her own unhealthy patterns, and learn to achieve success through belittlement and manipulation, this is the program for you.

Horribly aggressive, guilt tripping and shameful marketing strategy.
I encountered an ad on facebook for this company. There was no mention of fees anywhere on this ad, so I filled in the questionnaire out of curiosity thinking I might get some free advice out of it. After they got my email address, the fees were detailed. I thought 'oh maybe i'll come back to it when i get paid'. From then, I have received multiple emails shaming me for not taking the course, and the most recent one for not deciding to go ahead was horribly aggressive. Some extracts:
I'm disappointed, but not surprised.

While you were "thinking about it":

• ⛔️ They continued practicing self-protection from their safest person
• ⛔️ They continued building relationship templates based on chaos

They always do.
This kind of marketing is so predatory, and so so uncomfortable. This email guaranteed that I will never use their services. Well done parenting leader for putting people off. And if your customer's children flinch when they walk into a room (Like Sarah's child supposedly did as detailed in your email), then they have much bigger problems than a bit of yelling that will not be fixed by some quack course online.

you obviously don't take feedback, based on the numerous other reviews saying the same thing as me! Stop lying to customers.
