Where is my order

My parcel supposed to reach to me at the beginning of this month through Evri but it has been 15 days over now and I still haven't received my order. I tried to contact Dunelm and the only way I could do so is through live virtual chat which is totally useless. The phone number doesn't go through either. I don't know how shall I get my money back now.
A named organisation and provides such a cheap customer service!!

BEWARE - IT IS A SCAM WEBSITE

This is a scam website. They tried to take money from my account twice without my consent in which my bank informed me and declined the transaction upon my approval. And let's not stop here, they charged me £44 this month without my consent.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Definitely recommend

I absolutely in love with my babymel convertible changing backpack. It contains lots of pockets so it is easy to store and find items.
