I was so damned excited to get the lifelike puppy. It took forever !! When in anticipation, it finally arrived. To my complete dismay...IT WAS A JOKE !!! IT WAS A CHILDREN'S TOY. Hard as hell. Put batteries in and turned it on and surprise...it barely walked, wagged it's tail a bit and barked it's head off !!!! OMG so annoying.

It is NOT the product that I ordered...NOT EVEN CLOSE.

All I want is a REFUND!! PERIOD.

If I have to send it back, I will GLADLY do that. I don't want it here to remind me of the SCAM they're doing, the scams they've already done, but...MOST IMPORTANTLY, the people they're going to SCAM in the future.

Ordered waterproof ripproof trousers 34 waist 34 leg recieved poor quality 30 waist 32 leg trousers and 3 scam purchases from my visa card, reported to card company and recieved refund, don't trust what you'll recieve will be what you Ordered. I will never order again using this company or PayPal, totally lost trust in both companies

I bought active trousers they were rubbish.Poor quality, not waterproof as advertisement, 2 sizes too small dont buy. I will never buy anything from this company

These guys are liars and scammers. I paid over $60 for the awesome telescope that you are supposedly able to zoom in to look at stars and such. It looked like it was cheaply glued together and it doesn't even work. It also took forever to send and get to me in california because it is from china and it is supposed to be made in the us. I'm writing this many months after I received it because I was so damn disappointed and didn't want to deal with the crap I got from them so disregarded it until now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Terrible product. Cheap feel & optics. Major deception with the advertising & appearance. The bird on the monocular is very similar to the Swarovski optik logo. I would imagine they would have grounds for a legal case. Be wary everyone.

I have at least 25 e mails giving me offers for refund .like 25% off some other product and on and on!
I woking with Bank of America and PayPal fro dispute refund. PayPal is trying to stay out of it and I’ll most likely not use them again. Bof A has given me a refund but subject to change after communicating with whoever these people are.
And some times my emails are returned in Chinese and I don’t speak Chinese.
A total Chinese RIP OFF.
The United States Postal Service is now looking into Mail Fraud with this company, who ever they are.
I think made in America is the way to go these days.

This is a very clever scam site. You order what looks to be a high tech product and instead you are sent a children's toy. You complain. They offer you a discount and point out you have to spend almost the cost of the product to a site somewhere in China. You complain to PayPal who say you have to return the product. You complain to VISA who say the same. Basically you are out of pocket either way. PayPal reassurances are almost worthless. Spent month's arguing with them. In the end started a small claims court action. They refunded my money (PayPal).

they sent me a cheap monocular that isn't much better than eyesight. After several emails, they want me to ship back the garbage that they sent at my expense. That will cost me $25. only then will I get my refund. I'm out of pocket $35 ( it cost $59 when I bought it). This company is a very dishonorable company.

Buyers beware,
Purchased a 10-300 x 40mm super telephoto zoom monocular, the product received was not the one I wanted in fact far from it, I emailed the company asking for the correct product, all I received back was a generic reply offering a 15% refund, then a 20% refund finally a 25% refund, I refused, and attempted to proceed through PayPal, this started exactly the same generic reply process as before, This company is dishonest, untrustworthy and a fraud I will never deal with them again, a one star rating is to high.

Scam. Scope that was sent was not the one advertised. Piece of cheap crap. No way to get a refund. Company should be torn apart.

SCAM! They send you a small 30x spotting scope and to send it back it costs more than this toy itself. This nonsence is being advertised on Amazon, EBay, Facebook, Instagram etc. Nobody is controlling these false advertisement on their websites and people are getting scammed as a result. Even Google is listing these on their search engine. There is no accountability at all - what a joke.

Shame on you Gary, Christine Bill , Patrick Li and all the other scum that work for your crap company OWthin. I got my money totally refunded from PayPal including return postage to your crap address in China. People like you and companies like you do a disservice to the honest companies trying to make an honest living in China. I hope you all get the plague and PayPal and Facebook rub you out soon. The message is out there so don’t expect to sell much more of your crap telescopes and other crap you sell fraudulently.

Lime all the other reviews this company "Owthin" is a non trustworthy company. They lie and mislead the public so they can take your money and run. Please do not deal with these crooks or like me you will be dissatisfied.

Their only business idea is to steal your money. And they succeed! There is nothing you can do to get your money back. I paid the crap I got through PayPal. After bringing it up with PayPal, the result was that I would get a 100% refund if I returned the crap they sent me. Returning the crap would probably cost me more than the refund ant there is no gaurantee that you really get the refund. So I have two conclusions; don’t buy anything from owthin.com and don’t trust PayPal when you make a complaint. They protect scammers but not customers like you and me!

Ordered telescope. Piece of junk. Can't see anything. Went to website OWTHIN gave for help/refunds. Non-accessible. $51.45 Working with my CC to get money back. OWTHIN and PayPal are perpetrating a scam/fraud in my opinion

So...the first thing that bothered me was that in the add it clearly states that the product ships from California to the worldwide. It actually ships from China but only after it does a few laps around the country. I asked at that point for a refund. It wouldnt make it from China by the date I planned to give it as a gift. And after what seemed like forever it finally came and I have to say that it does absolutely nothing it was advertised to do. Please save your money. Or burn it. Just dont but this product. Buying and burning are the same thing in this case. Your money is gone and its not coming back.

This company ships goods that are substantially inferior to those shown in their ads. They then offer a small refund unless you pay shipping to return the bad product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is so ridiculous! It's so easy to give your money but can't get it back after you find out that you've been SCAMED!!! Wow! Can't believe that people can still have advertisements after so many complaints! That just shows our government sucks! I'm sure they're getting some piece of the action.

What is scam! The monocular that looks so fabulous in promotional ads does not work. The company will let you return yes if you pay $20 shipping or they will give a 15% refund.

As you've probably read where this is a scam outfit, I can tell you it is, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH CHINA! The scope they portray on the ad is NOT what you will get, It's a piece of crap! maybe worth $5.00 I threw mine away, I was so mad at these scammers!
