Some Extremely Rude Employees

On Dec. 29, 2020 I went to the Walgreens at the corner of Coors and Sequoia in Albuquerque, NM to pick up some pictures I had printed. The man behind the photo counter asked my name and what size pictures they were. I told him my name and what sizes I thought they were. Then I told him I had an email saying they were ready. He jumped all over me, telling me to stop being impatient, that an email would not help him. Then he told me they did not have my pictures.

I looked at my email and he ked that I was in the correct store. He said I was, but that the pictures weren’t there. I kept trying to give him information that would help him but he didn’t want to hear it. He was so rude, I started handing it right back to him.

Another employee came, looked at my email and found my pictures. I tried to tell them that if the guy had not been rude and refused to listen, he could have found them. But he, she, then the store mgr jumped in and told me I was rude. At that point I definitely was.

Why would Walgreens employ a man who cannot think outside his little box, who tells people he doesn’t want help, who refuses to look at anything people offer him that has information he needs? Then insists the pictures aren’t there, when in fact they are? Then they defend the man, not even knowing how he talked to me and treated me, since they came into the situation late.

And this is a week after Sonja in the pharmacy refused to spend 15 seconds to look and see why my Rx cost more than it had every month before. She was rude and refused to look, telling me I had to call my ins. co. I went home, called the pharmacy mgr and got it worked out, paying what I normally pay, but Sonja was horrible. Another employee at this Walgreens who should be fired.

There are some great, helpful, friendly people at this store. But now that I know the mgr backs the rude, unhelpful ones, I will change stores. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from employees.

A True Supplement

I did a lot of research on my calcium and vitamin D needs. Because I prefer to get my nutrients through the food I eat, I liked the 250 mg option for calcium pills; that way I can truly supplement without going way over what I need, which can be unhealthy and even dangerous. Most companies offer only huge doses. Thank you PureFormulas for being aware and providing what people actually need.

COVID 19 RUNS RAMPANT ON AMERICAN AIRLINES

GEG to ABQ via DFW, of all COVID FILLED PLACES. Flew first class and got a very small bag of graham crackers. Cost...$715. AA makes a big deal about caring for health and safety of their passengers, YET no distancing. Every seat filled on every flight. AA has a lot of advertising about their deep, thorough cleaning, YET every crevice, ledge and surface had a build up of grime, bacteria, virus, and filth. I wiped everything down with alcohol and cotton pads. Pads turned black. YET, AA threatens to ban for life any passenger not wearing a face covering. Double standard! If I contract COVID 19, It is because of AA.

No Contact Available for Customer Service

I ordered a bbq grill from Walmart.com and several items related: charcoal, bbq tools, grill cover and more. I got an email saying they had cancelled the bbq grill and would refund my money for it. But when I tried to contact them to cancel the other items, I discovered there is no way on Earth to do that.
They have FAQ, they have many menu choices, non of which fit the situation they put me in. But no phone number, no email contact, NOTHING.
I have ordered before with no problem. But they created a problem for me and offer no way for me to talk with someone about it. I will not order from them in the future.

Purple Bricks is Not Worth It

I feel very cheated. My agent, Mark Seaberg, acts new, does not know/cannot explain the contract, does not act proactively to sell my house, then gets defensive when I point out what he should be doing. I suffered through two weeks of hell with this guy.

I asked for a hard copy of the contract, telling my agent, Mark Seaberg, I could not read it online. He wanted me to wait 3 days for the hard copy, when it would have been too late to cancel. CRIMINAL! When I realized what he was doing, I cancelled and told him we would start over when I could read the contract on paper. I think he purposely postponed getting me a hard copy so I could not back out. Pretty slimey.

I walked him through my house, pointing out all the cool things/selling points. My agent, Mark Seaberg, took no notes. When he left he told me I needed to take pictures of my house for a “Coming Soon” ad. Me? Why didn’t he take pictures. No notes. No pictures. What am I paying for?

Then I emailed him the list of selling points, because I wanted my house sold. If he wasn’t going to make a list, I would. He thanked me. (Very nice of him, but why do I have to do his job?) Then he complained because I had sent it to him as a PDF file.

The photographer came to take pictures for the official listing. I said to my agent and the photographer that, if anything needed to be moved to make it a great picture, to let me know. But my agent, Mark Seaberg, sat chatting with me, rather than checking on the photographer and the setting of the pictures.

When I looked at the pictures, they were good, but there were a few things that should have been moved out of the shot to make it perfect. But no one told me during the shoot.

Also I saw that there was no picture showing the shower in the master bath. The picture made it look like the bathroom only had a sink and toilet. That is unacceptable. My agent, Mark Seaberg, said not to worry. People would see the shower when they came to walk through it. But they may not come in person if the pictures aren’t complete or good.

When I told my agent, Mark Seaberg, about the missing pictures, he gave me all sorts of excuses, instead of solutions. He said there was a 25 picture limit. Okay, but we could easily do without the duplicates I found, and the bad pics should be deleted, freeing up plenty of space for showing my shower. Mark is a very bad agent.

When I told my agent, Mark Seaberg, I wanted to sit down with him in the morning to go through the pics together, he said he was too busy and he wanted to put the pics online immediately. I said, “ not until we go through to get rid of some and add the bathroom pictures that are missing.” HE PUT THEM ON EVERY SITE HE COULD, AGAINST MY WISHES AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. CRIMINAL!

Mark continued to argue with me about the pictures and told me, “Leave me alone. I know what I’m doing. And I don’t need any extra comments from you.” Whoa! Who is the boss here? It was almost midnight when I told Mark, “No more emails.” I needed to be more specific for him because at that point he started texting me. 15 texts after midnight, bullying me.

Purple Bricks offered to let me out of my contract at no expense to myself. I accepted, gladly. I don’t know if Purple Bricks trains their agents to ignore the law, bully clients, and act irresponsibly, or if Mark Seaberg is a rogue agent.

Purple Bricks also offered to give me the pics of the house, but my legal council told me not to take them, because some agencies will keep on eye on me, find out who my new agent is, and look to see if I use the pics. They then might accuse me of stealing the pictures. So to avoid any POSSIBLE problem, I started completely over.

You get what you pay for. I am 3 weeks behind my moving schedule now and went through two weeks of gut wrenching hell having to fight Mark Seaberg for my rights.

Purple Bricks should fire Mark Seaberg for unethical and unprofessional behavior. If they do, I will feel better about them. If they don’t, it means they condone his horrific behavior and free him to bully and harrass more women.
