Not impressed with customer service
I did not find out until four days before the flight that the flight had changed. Email said they had tried to reach me, but there are no messages in my email or texts, no voicemails on my phone. Spent well over an hour on the phone, trying to get information, transferred twice, when they sent me to the line where I would get my seat assignment, the call was disconnected.Called airline and assigned seat no longer available.
