Not impressed with customer service

I did not find out until four days before the flight that the flight had changed. Email said they had tried to reach me, but there are no messages in my email or texts, no voicemails on my phone. Spent well over an hour on the phone, trying to get information, transferred twice, when they sent me to the line where I would get my seat assignment, the call was disconnected.Called airline and assigned seat no longer available.

Great customer service!

During sale I kept checking clogs till midnight to see if my size would become available. The next morning my size became available but the sale was over. Customer rep understood my frustration and kindly gave me the sale price.

Excellent customer service!!!

I was disappointed that flowers to my doctor (cancer treatment) were a day later than scheduled. But Bouqs quickly responded to make things right. The subscription makes it easy to send gifts to friends!

Disappointed that Flowers arrived a day…

Disappointed that Flowers arrived a day later than scheduled. Not good in our Texas heat!

I love the idea of supporting farmers…

I love the idea of supporting farmers in South America. But I’ve had some deliveries with brown edged roses And tropicals that only lasted a few days. Bouqs Definitely tried to make it right, I don’t feel comfortable with my subscriptions because I don’t know if this is the time that they will arrive less than fresh. It has been better the last few months.

I like being able to send my friends but...

I like being able to send my friends flowers every month. However, the subscription Flowers coming from South America have a few times been Disappointing, especially during warm months. Tropical flowers I sent wilted within a couple days and some roses arrived already brown on the edges.Customer service reps were excellent assisting, but I don’t like asking my friends to send me pictures so I can make sure the flowers are OK. The next day flowers have been excellent

What is scam

What is scam! The monocular that looks so fabulous in promotional ads does not work. The company will let you return yes if you pay $20 shipping or they will give a 15% refund.
