After waiting over two months for delivery, the product I received is not the advertised product. It was an inferior product, not worth more than $5! Do not purchase from this company. They are nothing more than scammers.

It’s an absolutely fraud. The product they send you is a big scam. They’re a liars and a thieves. Don’t buy anything there. And PayPay necessaries accomplished...

What a joke. The ad shows it takes 2 hands to operate. I ordered the Luxury package which was to come with a tripod and cell phone camera. The telescope so small it just fits in my hand, about 4", you have to focus it with your fingertips. They offered me a 40% refund which is barely enough to cover the $20 return shipping fee

They don't even deserve any star if I could I will give them a -2 star bad customer service and yes it was their fault on my order and yes to get your money back you have to ship it back to China what a bunch of !!!!

I received this scope and it is a cheap knock off, tried to return it and am told I have to pay $20 return shipping regardless it being their fault. It shows the company is located in England but is really from China, first response I got from them was in Chinese. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I have pictures but cannot upload, would have been nice to get what was offered...

Absolutely a scam. Waited nearly 2 months to receive my monocular and it was absolutely in no way what was being advertised. Looks more like a toy than a true optical piece. Did not do anything that was advertised. What a joke. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau however because they’re in China there’s mostly no recourse. I’ve tried to send mine back but they make it extremely difficult. I will most likely put mine in the garbage and consider it “a lesson learned”

The product arrived 8 weeks after the order was placed and it has nothing to do with the item they advertised. Bad quality is an understatement, this company should be reported for false advertising and fraud.

I just got mine the so called telephoto monocular, doesnt look like it, the one shown in your ad, and it sure doesnt perform like it, its a rip off, just a typical scope from wish or tophatter, you should give what you advertise, would not recomend!!! Pathetic

The Monocular that is being sold by this company is a scam. My mistake for not checking Trustpilot. As others have written, you receive a smaller version of the product advertised on Facebook which does not come close to what is promised.

I am not writing about the company but kate. He gives a number to call but that is a scam. When you call that number they tell you that they need to get in your computer to give you the money back. Don’t call that number. I looked for that number and is labeled as a scam.

The Monocular that is being sold by this company is a scam. I waited just under two months for it. When it arrived it was way smaller than advertised. Their advertisements show that zooming capability of a large telescope - focusing on the craters of the moon. I am lucky if I can see my toenails. It does not focus at all beyond d the 10X power and yet they show scaling up to 300X. The metal machining is horrible. Badly cut metal. Oil all over the the expanding lens tube. The real rip is when you contact customer service - they negotiate a refund with you. First offer was 50 % of the price - then the next offer came in at 80% of the price. So - you can sell a crappy product and still make money with essentially a no return policy. They sent me a product that I can't use and yet I had to pay 20% for it.This was just a get a get rich quick sceme - where they bombed FaceBook with advertisements. The names of the company selling this piece of garbage also keep changing - so you really do not know who you are dealing with. I am done with buying anything advertised from China on FaceBook. I am 3 for 3 on product rip-offs.

This site is a scam !!!!!!! Keeps telling me my order was shipped !!!! Wrote to service 8 times !!! Same automated response !!!! Order paid for !!!!!! No product !!!!!!!

I ordered a telescopic lens. It’s nothing like the description. Poor quality and magnification is certainly not up to advertised. Secondly somehow on the ordering I managed to put an order for shorts and hair clippers due to their slippery website. There was no way to cancel and they did not answer my emails. This site is verging on a scam.

I ordered a telescope from you according to the specifications that appear in your publications. I got something completely different. Simple, small telescope.
Even in the pictures it does not look the same at all.
It does not open as you present

do not bye from this company. the send you a wery cheap thing and then ofer you only 30% of your payment.

Wish I had seen these reviews before waiting the nearly 2 months for it not to arrive. They sent me a tracking number from China and then 'customer support' told me to check with the post office or my neighbors. Based on reviews seems I better off not getting it and being grossly disappointed either way out of pocket money and will see how I can get this back. If I'd paid by credit card, more fool me for not I'd have done that. Stay away, These guys need to be flagged on Instagram as a fraud.
