Purchasing OVH Cloud services was a huge mistake. We never even used their services, yet they double-charged our account every month. When we tried to stop the charges, it was impossible to cancel the services and even reach anyone from the company.
We also discovered that we cannot remove our payment card, and according to OVH, the service is locked in until 2027. This is unimaginable in Canada — a completely unreasonable, unethical, and irresponsible business practice.
OVH Cloud is not a trustworthy company. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service provider.

OVH provides impressive hardware at competitive prices, making it a solid choice for business needs. However, when issues deviate from their standard support process, the initial technical support can feel like typical tier 1 service—slow response times and limited effective solutions. Fortunately, after escalation to the claims department, Laurent, a highly skilled employee, resolved our issue promptly and efficiently. From that point, the support was exceptional.

Decided to write this review regarding a recent experience (ticket #CS11494577).
We've been using various OVH solutions over the past decade. varying from Dedicated Servers of all tiers to VPS.
Throughout this period, we experienced only two outages, one due to a network connector failure in the first case and a disk failure in the second.
Additionally, their customer service has significantly improved over this time. Even their response times for the standard support are short.
We've tried alternative services on a couple of occasions and discovered that we were already using a solid, time-proven provider for our mission-critical services.
If you know what you`re doing, go for the self-managed dedicated servers. If you don`t, get them to manage it for you.
Also recommend checking out their Eco range for applications with lower requirements.

I've been using OVH for >10years in various capacity and clients, but I can say that even though they aren't the cheapest, they aren't perfect, it was that 80-90% fit that suits the budgets. They don't have bleeding edge, but what they provided for me JustWorked(TM) most of the times. And the times it didn't they've been able to resolve it is reasonable times. For reasons I needed to move my servers to South Africa, and that is the sorry part that I were moving to a OVH-ZA. I'll advocate and use OVH when and were ever it suits my clients uses cases!

Good platform but some information can be misleading, and you do not have a chance to see how it works unless you pay for that. If you realize this is not for you, thousands of providers offer a guarantee but not OVH they only reply that you have to read their terms and conditions. They do not care if you are an existing client or not.

Débora helped me to confirm the cancelation of one of my Servers at OVH Canada. The long term commitment reached its end for the last two years with the service, all smooth and no issues. I was worried that the internal configurations billed me again as the Status were still appearing automatic renewal. Everything was handled by Debora confirming the proper cancelation of commitment and the Server on the commitment end date. Thank you for your services.

I've had a positive experience onboarding with OVHcloud. Initially, I committed to a VPS with the wrong hardware stack for me. OVH worked with me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

I had a request to cancel the remaining commitment on a long-term server contract. Joanna from the Claim Dept. handled my case. Even though the contract terms normally don’t allow early cancellation, she took the time to review it and approved my request as a one-time exception.
She also disabled the auto-renewal to avoid future charges, which I appreciate. The communication was clear, professional, and solution-focused.
Thanks to the support team for the flexibility and quick resolution.

According to my Ticket number CS11375855, OVH cut my money on card and paid everything successful then I login in to my account and found out they are telling me order is Cancelled while money was cut on my Account.. Their SCAM if they don't want my money they better decline it before they cut my money..
Now their telling me to send another Payment lol, I told them to verify my KYC and take the money that they already cut but they denied that they want another payment lol..
Avoid them they only want your money

I was a bare metal server customer with a different company for over 15 years before I decided to move to OVHCloud due to a critical hardware failure on one of the servers at the other provider. Moving to OVHCloud has been the difference of night and day! Top notch hardware, outstanding self-service tools, and fast network access. Though some improvements can be made on the turn around time for support tickets - and keeping a better watch on their customers (ab)use of assigned IP ranges - I feel comfortable to say that this company checks off every box on my list for a solid bare metal server provider. My only regret so far is that I didn't make the move sooner!

10-year plus customer. It is getting harder to find datacenters that offer bare metal servers anymore. There are not a lot of alternatives to OVH.
