I ran into InterServer when looking for a company to move my managed cloud business. What I found is great support, friendly account managers and first class hardware. Interserver has helped to keep my systems running smoothly and fast.

Terrible tech support, at the very beginning seems ok but after a few weeks the poor reality of their tech support times showed up. I have 3 days without access to manage websites, and no one answers the so called "WhatsApp support channel". I will have to move all my accounts to another provider; seems they lack the interest to preserve clients.
Good platform but some information can be misleading, and you do not have a chance to see how it works unless you pay for that. If you realize this is not for you, thousands of providers offer a guarantee but not OVH they only reply that you have to read their terms and conditions. They do not care if you are an existing client or not.
