I strongly warn everyone to avoid OVHcloud.
They completely ignore customer emails and support tickets. Their system makes it almost impossible to cancel a service, and they keep charging even when the service was never used.

When you finally reach out for help, there’s no real human response — only automated replies or total silence. It feels like they intentionally make the cancellation process difficult just to take your money.

Their platform is poorly designed, their customer service is non-existent, and their business ethics are shameful.

OVHcloud should be ashamed for treating customers this way. Do not trust them — this company operates like spam.

Purchasing OVH Cloud services was a huge mistake. We never even used their services, yet they double-charged our account every month. When we tried to stop the charges, it was impossible to cancel the services and even reach anyone from the company.

We also discovered that we cannot remove our payment card, and according to OVH, the service is locked in until 2027. This is unimaginable in Canada — a completely unreasonable, unethical, and irresponsible business practice.

OVH Cloud is not a trustworthy company. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service provider.

Disappointing Experience

Requesting a refund was simply my way of expressing how uncomfortable I felt using this product. The reality is:

Poor product experience – The platform feels unfinished, with confusing logic, clunky design, lack of smoothness, and many bugs. Instead of being intuitive, you actually have to “learn” how to work around its flaws.

Slow customer support – When issues come up, responses take far too long. For a startup, you’d expect agility and attentiveness, but that’s not the case here.

Ridiculously overpriced – The costs are so high that to have even a chance at success, you’re pushed toward paying for even more of their expensive add-ons.

I first discovered Instantly through its heavy promotion on LinkedIn and had high hopes. Unfortunately, the reality fell short. This company feels less like an innovator and more like a rigid, money-driven business that buries refund conditions in endless terms and conditions instead of listening to its customers.

In short: poor product quality, slow support, and absurd pricing. Very disappointing.
