There VPS is good only have one down…

There VPS is good only have one down time since i am using, but there support is very, very bad paid invoice on 27th november through there card, because of there manual payment system they still didnt update my invoice status and the invoice is still unpaid and service may be suspended automatically by there system, I am looking for some alternatives now, in case i have to move created more then 11 tickets till 1st dec but no response there as well, i hope they will improve there services so i will use it later again.

I am tired from the cosmotown these guyz are doing there best to destroy there customers business, at first there module didnt renewed the domain, which they accepted there mistake and after alot of hours they restore my domain and today again the domain is down, please stay away from this company i am going to post this on all forms and i will take action against them.

purchasing there email services was my biggest mistake, it dont work and they are not refunding playing with there tos so stay away from it

So, I put a honest review for a company called iconoffice, to take a revange they also put false review on my trustpilot when I contacted trustpilot they said it is fair, they can put review even they never had any business with my company they never bought any services from my company, trust pilot should work on some standards

I am extremely dissatisfied with Icon…

I am extremely dissatisfied with Icon Office's services. I delayed in paying their renewal fees but settled the amount as soon as possible. Despite this, Icon Office demanded additional fees for the late payment, which I was prepared to pay. However, their behavior quickly became unprofessional and unethical.

Instead of resolving the issue amicably, Icon Office started demanding even more money and began threatening me. They claimed that if I didn't pay, they would report my company for unauthorized use of their virtual address. This kind of coercion and intimidation is completely unacceptable.

When I asked for a refund due to their threatening behavior, they began playing with their terms of service to avoid returning my money. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I expected better customer service and transparency from Icon Office.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

We have looked into your case. You were renting a virtual address for us for HOSTER OCEAN INTL (www.hosterocean.com)

You stopped paying us and were using our address for free for the period 22/04/2024 - 19/06/2024

You then reinstated your subscription and paid us for the period 20/06/2024 - 19/09/2024 and initially refused to pay the outstanding charges on your account for the period 22/04/2024 - 19/06/2024.

We acknowledge that you have now paid the back dated charges that were due and are sorry to see that you do not understand why you were asked to pay for historic use of our address. We do not permit free use of our address service under any circumstances.

all positive reviews looks fake terrible support they, you have to verify with sms (there sms system don't work) also you have to download and print a form and send to them like you are buying house in front of white house not a domain
totally worst company i have paid and almost 24 hrs my domain is still not registered now any one can buy it the domain is important for me.

I have two servers from oneprovider but…

I have two servers from oneprovider but this was my lifetime big mistake they suspended my server because of abuse and i saw the email was in spam created ticket no response i am getting disputes from clients when ever i call there support they are always closed i will surly migrate my servers once it is unsuspended but it was very worst expirence, i am losing clients i will never recommend this company, I suggest new guys to stay away from this company i losed my bussines due to this company my server is down from two days...
