4 hours 55 minutes on hold—41st in queue. No weekend support. Parcel misdelivered.

I waited 4 hours and 55 minutes on hold to speak to Asda Online Doctor. I was number 41 in the queue. That’s not just inefficient—it’s unacceptable, especially for a healthcare service. If they only have capacity for 8 calls per hour they are woefully understaffed!

My parcel (temperature sensitive medication) was delivered to the wrong address by DPD, who made no attempt to deliver to the correct address and threw it over a locked gate in the rain. Despite their advertised weekend support, calling on Saturday and Sunday I was greeted with a ‘closed until Monday’ message. I sent messages, tried calling again, and got nothing.

This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s a serious failure when medication is involved. If you can’t guarantee delivery or basic support, you shouldn’t be offering medical services.
