Fast delivery, excellent support

I ordered on a Monday, my medication was delivered 2 days later by DPD. The information and support from a qualified doctor was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

Excellent company.

I have ordered several times from Chemist4u, the only problem I have encountered is Royal Mail send me a delivery notification, then don't turn up for a couple of days, such a shame as this is a great company.

I ordered a City bike

I ordered a City bike, and was told it was on a 2 week back order. It arrived 16 days later, after a call from a pleasant chap, Stuart, who explained that due to high demand, it was running a little late. It came very securely packed, and took us 40 minutes to assemble. What a wonderful product, very pleased indeed. 😀😀😀

This company has kept our money, and will not answer or letters or emails. Wehave now officially complained to the CMA (competition and markets authority), easy to do online, and would urge others to do the same. Really disgraceful.

Hi Georgie, please be assured that we have been processing refunds for all bookings affected by Covid-19, for guests who have requested a refund as their option. They have been taking around 6 weeks for us to process, as we have had a small team having to manually refund thousands of bookings, however these refunds have now all been actioned. Will not refund our money

Will not refund our money, or answer our emails, just keep sending a routine email. This company is a total disgrace, holding onto our money. I nowintend to gothrough the small claims court.

Possible fraud.

As soon as I was connected, I was asked for my driving licence number or passport number. As they already had my debit card number, this is a licence for identity and financial fraud.
Be very wary. I was immediately disconnected when zi would not hand these over, losing £20.

In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines we do an identity check on all our patients before they enter a consultation. If that doesn't provide a match, the doctors have to request photo ID to ensure we're speaking to the right person. This is to ensure patient safety, and consistency when prescribing medications. If no ID can be provided, then we cannot continue with the consultation. I can assure you that this is not a 'licence for identity and financial fraud', but a legal requirement to ensure patient wellbeing and safety.

If you'd like to book in for another consultation with your ID, please let us know.
