Poor Customer Service

I ordered on the 28 August 2025 my medication from Asda, I received an email from DPD on 8 September 2025 stating “they are sorry” my order is delayed. Asda online doctor took my medication back from the depot because DPD failed to deliver it in time within 36 hours. I have reached out to Asda who have ignored me on my portal and are not giving me a refund on their message back on 10 September. I have reported this to Trading Standards and waiting 4 hours to be answered in a call queue is not good enough! Absolutely shocking I’ve missed my medicine for the second week and yous don’t care in the slightest, you have a duty of care. I would like my medication sent asap or there will be further consequences legally. Failing to send my medication I want my money back to go elsewhere. Wouldn’t use again, AVOID!!
