Health Coaching

Didn't expect much from mu health coaching session. But i was so impressed by the knowledge shown by Yara - she even looked up the nutritional info on a product i am using to support my weight loss! And suggested a simple addition to raise the % of protein.
Has followed up with resource sheet with lots of tips and hints.
I feel 100% supported - thanks CheqUp

Avoid! Terrible service

Terrible service once they have you on subscription they ignore cancellation requests, take payment then ignore all emails. They have no phone number for customer support either. AVOID I doubt I’ll see my £294 again.

Unauthorised payment of £85 has taken my bank account into overdrawn for the first time ever. Having to wait up to 7 days for my refund in totally unacceptable.

Avoid. I filled out the update as requested, immediately suspended my account AND emailed to say DO NOT PRESCRIBE. They did anyway and wouldn't refund me. AND charge £49 to leave my account. Scammers

Once a prescription has been reviewed and approved by our clinician, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exclude prescription medications from standard cancellation rights.

Cancelled the subscription

Cancelled the subscription, back in August, they took a payment in sept and refused the refund as went ahead and processed the order so was unable to cancel. Went ahead and cancelled the subscription. They have also taken another payment this month and not agreed to it following cancelling and putting in a complaint. If the medication gets distributed this time and I have not agreed to it I am sure they will be breaking the law. They do not check up on you to see how you are managing with the medication and continue to send prescriptions and take payments without prior notification. Stay away there are better companies out there….

You can manage your subscription at any time via Manage My Account - by cancelling, pausing, changing your payment date or requesting a refund. Unless the subscription is cancelled directly via your account prior to your subscription renewing, the automatic payment will still be charged.

Please note that we do not dispense or dispatch medication without approval from our clients. Your subscription renews every 28 days from your initial payment. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email to log into your account and complete a form regarding side effects and your preferred dosage. Any dose increase will be charged to your saved payment method.

We strive to provide a safe, flexible service and always encourage clients to manage their subscription directly to suit their needs.

Taken my money after misleading…

Taken my money after misleading switching information. Sent numerous emails asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded and not even had a reply! Will be making a complaint to the relevant medical and financial institutions.

Rubbish

Rubbish. I signed up gave all my details. Uploaded copy of my Driving Licence. When it came to uploading my photo, well if your single forget it unless you have 10ft arms. I could not use the camera because I could not set it up on my own. Spoke to the chat bot which told me to Go to Manage my Account and upload the picture there. No chance after speaking with the chat bot being given 3 different sets of instructions no change. In the end the chat bot told me it was not possible! I am disgusted with the company. I rang them up and they refused to accept a picture other than from there camera. They have taken money to pay for the treatment before the registration was complete. I have now cancelled my subscription but will take them 7 days to get my money back! They are quick enough to take payment but not so quick to refund. I've looked at some of the reviews on FB and don't believe the positive ones are genuine

After a very shaking first experience…

After a very shaking first experience this was pulled back by Medina. One week after ordering only today was it sorted. As first experiences go was not great and hope the next experience goes better. The online service to clinicians is awful no responses for days and then when they do respond and you ask another question they close the case and you have to start again! Need to look into communication better, After ringing 5 times after 10am as this is when the phone lines are manned I finally spoke to Medina and although had to ring back chasing she did sort my issues out for me without her intervening I would have cancelled never to return or recommend.
