The most disturbing and dangerous experience I have ever had as a consumer. AVOID THEM! ZAVAUK too! They are hiring people to write four fake reviews to every negative one. Those people could be hired to fulfill orders and talk to customers. Instead your negligence is disgusting, your lack of communication is pathetic, you are stealing from customers and withholding vital medication. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I have been lied too, and falsely promised, ignored and I am days away from being out of my time limit to take my next dose. I want a refund at this point and I will be claiming it via my card in the next few days if you DO NOT send me my medication!!

Again, like so many others just a dribble of non verbal communication. A message from you saying delivery will be between the 17th and 19th. Guess what DPD haven’t even got the parcel from you yet! To make it even worse I will now be away and will have to scurry around getting help to refrigerate it if it turns up with nobody home. You have appeased me with promises and not followed through or had the decency to communicate on any human level. Will you please hand my parcel over to DPD and provide me with an actual date of delivery! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE SOMEONE WRITING. You should employ those people to respond to orders instead. After reading two reviews below I’m terrified you are also going to cancel my order and take my money. The messing with people’s health is illegal and negligible you should be ashamed of yourselves that you had no strategy or structure in place to cope with demand.
