Fantastic and very helpfull

I have never had a problem with aqua their customer service has always been spot on even when I have used a 3 party payment like PayPal I got a refund quite fast.plue its helped my credit score plus regular jumps in my credit allowance I personaly cannot fault them

I found the customer service very…

I found the customer service very helpful and efficient when ever i have called them if you use your card right and pay more than is requested or if you pay your card off every month you get a credit rise

Just a little heads up!!!!

Yes thy are easy to get credit card or loan from. If you have a pulse boom your in luck. But you will wish you hadn't applied for any of their products if you are 1 day late with a payment you instantly have a target on your back thy will hound you from sun up to sun down with constant sms emails and phone calls only god knows how bad it gets on day 2 by day 3 come the constant stream of letters every single day.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Well can I say can we have minus star…

Well what can I say can we have minus stars please trustpilot 1 star is 1star to many for this company. So far its taken 2 weeks 3 different delivery days 6 different time slots and still thy have not delivered.
Thy keep giving time slots and then postpone to another day. Called customer services got
the yeah yeah yeah attitude. Thy are about as much use as a chocolate flip flop! I would rather use a carrier pigeon. Stay well clear of these cowboys!!!!!

I orderd a gift plus a few free items…

I orderd a gift plus a few free items my wife loves this product.
I ordered on the 11th December and it's now the 19th of december I did get a confirmation for my order on the 12th but the payment has been just showing pending I have also sent emails asking for my tracking number but iv been blanked totally. Anyway 10 minutes ago got a push message from my bank as the payment hadn't been taken by clarins after waiting for the transaction to go through the back automatically clawd it back. This is absolutely disgraceful thy cannot even be bothered to reply to my email. You should be disgraced many people are waiting for christmas gifts 😡
At the end of this review it asks do I want clarins to be notified of my bad report what's the point thy never reply

It hast to make me laugh how companies vet such high praise from there customers it's amazing anyone can sign in with trust pilot and leave a review I will bet my hat staff members sign in to leave there company amazing reviews. On saying that you have to read between the lines look for the poor reviews to get a taster of what s company is like in reality

Absolutely disgraceful service after…

Absolutely disgraceful service after being informed at 8pm at night the cooker will not be able to deliver at the stated time or day. It took 2 more days for the delivery to arrive at my parents who are pensioners. Thy had to with 2 days without any cooking facility's. An absolute disgrace 😡
