Kelvin is a superb salesman, he wasn’t pushy, or trying for a “hard sell”, he was really friendly, knowledgeable and a nice bloke to chat to. He is a credit to your company. It’s the first time I’ve bought anything from Oak Furniture, if the rest of the staff are as attentive as Kalvin then I will definitely shop there again.

This company have ZERO customer service skills., and its app and web service are even worse. I booked a flight three days ago from Teeside to Luxembourg via Amsterdam for 23 Dec 2025. Due to an urgent operational requirement I have to deploy overseas (Military). Trying to contact this crap company to cancel the trip is impossible. I’ve been trying now for almost 6 hours, you can’t speak to ANYONE, the app is useless and their web site is even worse. There is a WhatsApp page but you chat with a bot who is clueless, asking for a human doesn’t work either. I hope this company goes bust and everyone associated with it loses their jobs.

Airports are usually expensive but Newcastle international airport is a complete rip off. Everything is so overpriced it is simply ridiculous. Even shops like WH Smith or Boots are taking the P out of people travelling. Just paid £26.80 for two ham sandwiches and two small bottles of water.. don’t get me started on the bars, eye watering prices, £14.40 for a pint and a half of cider and a small glass of Luke warm wine £15.00.

If it were possible to award zero points I’d give zero to Panasonic UK. It is a horrible company to deal with. Having purchased a Panasonic Microwave less than 4 weeks ago the device stopped working. After over an hour and a half providing photos, detailed explanation of what I was trying to cook, serial numbers, store receipts, images of the wave guide deflector?, and tons of personal details they said before they could provide an “uplift” voucher to get the microwave replaced I’d need an invoice. Sainsbury’s (where I purchased it from) don’t provide invoices.
After telling them this they “couldn’t help”!

Review of Staysure Travel Insurance
Tried setting up annual cover. Opted to pay monthly then the web page crashed immediately after setting up a direct debit. Had to “chat” with a company rep which was torturously slow so ended up speaking with someone else. Went through the whole process again only to be told the 15% off bonus I had just been sent was invalid so she had to get “special authorisation”. Although I had used the company previously and said none of my details had changed, I had to go through the whole process again. I decided to pay in full as direct debit seems a bit difficult for them. I was going to give up and go with someone else but didn’t want to go through the whole process again with someone else. I’m intrigued to see whether the direct debit is re-credited to my account.
Not a pleasant experience dealing with this company.

I am disappointed that the Agency I currently work for have decided to terminate their contract with ET Payroll.
Having changed payroll companies about 6 times in the last couple of years is not only frustrating for employees but totally unnecessary. Of the 6 payroll companies I’ve been paid through ET Payroll were by far the best.
I know exactly how much I’m earning, the password protected pay slips are really easy to understand, I’m paid on time and the staff are wonderful. Best thing is their prompt response when calling, I’ve never had to wait longer than a few seconds.
I’ve just tried calling the latest payroll company and have been on hold for the last ten minutes. Not a good start.

I’ve never entered a competition with this company but keep receiving emails informing me I’ve won a prize and to call 02039886628 to claim my prize. I’ve stupidly tried calling the number three times only to be kept on hold for ages. Indeed these scammers have never answered my call so I presume I’ll end up with a massive phone bill just for listening to their horrible Muzak. Avoid these scammers.
Update!
Stupidly tried calling the number again, curiosity more than anything else. This time I called a different number (02031461890). This time it was answered. The lady asked whether I had paid to enter the competition, I hadn’t, I informed her I’d won a prize and even had a reminder that I only had 24 hours to collect. She said she’d check and they’d give me a call back…… they never did.
Now just received a message asking for additional details from them on trust pilot, but they don’t specify what details they require.

Oh dear, I need to update my recent excellent review for Bennetts.
They’ve gone from 5 stars to 1 simply because they tried to screw me with a change to my policy. I informed them I was swapping my bike for something newer and to transfer the existing policy from my Kawasaki ZZR1200 to a Suzuki GSX1250fa. They wanted £424.00!
My original insurance was £149.00.
I went on Go Compare who quoted the same insurance through Bennetts from only £89.00.
Not a good way to keep existing customers!
I’m now insured with a different company for £150.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I took out cover on my ZZR1200 but was unable to get my proof of no claims from my previous insurer (MCE) because they’ve gone bust. As a result they decided not to cover me. They just informed me I owe them £47.00 cancellation fee. I’ve already paid them £50.00 for two week’s insurance already. They are rip off merchants. I wish I’d read the reviews on Trustpilot before approaching this company.

Been using real Debrid for a few years now. Recently it started throwing me off kodi even though I was in credit. I’ve re-authorised my account/device and I’m still having issues. Trying to contact customer help is impossible as there are no contact numbers or email addresses. Really disappointing, looks like Real Debrid are about to lose a former happy customer.
Since uploading my review of Real Debrid I have been contacted by them and given really helpful advice on how to stop the crashes. It was actually my VPN that was causing the problems. A few changes to the VPN settings and everything is working fine.
Sorry Real-Debrid for my hasty negative review. I’ve given you the 5 stars you rightly deserve.

These thieving scammers even try to set up a direct debit to scam more money out of you.
You can’t email or call them and they NEVER call you back.
I’ve had to cancel my credit card and my credit card issuer has placed this company on their own scam list and are reporting them to trading standards and the police. AVOID !!!

Awful company, zero contact with company, appalling customer service. This is probably a scam company. I paid for the fast track service for a basic check over a week ago (they say it’ll be done in 24 hours). They confirmed receipt of my documents after immediately taking my money and I’ve heard nothing since. I’ve raised numerous “tickets” but nobody returns my calls. That’s more than £80.00 down the drain. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Yet again the completely useless and pathetic Deutsche Post failed to deliver my post from UK to my son in Germany. First they lied that no one was in when they attempted to deliver, they lied again saying a note had been left, then the miserable imbeciles said the package had been refused by the recipient!
Germany has a reputation for punctuality and good service, Deutsche Post is the complete opposite, they are a disgrace. My parcel is once again on it’s way back to me. It’d be safer and quicker sending post by carrier pigeon next time.

I came across Dynamic Property quite by chance when looking for somewhere to rent in the Town of Crook. I met Shirley, one of the property representatives and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and no-nonsense approach. She was extremely helpful and has remained so since I moved in over two years ago. Shirley is a credit to her company and if it was possible to award more than 5 stars to Dynamic Property I certainly would.
