I’ve only just become a customer with ReBuy.co.uk, and sent them my iPhone 7 last week. Because of Royal Mail tracking, I know it was delivered on Tuesday this week. But my account still says that the sale has been agreed, there’s been no update to say they’ve even received it, even though I know they have. I’ve had no update or confirmation from them, and now having read these reviews, I am getting concerned. I’m hoping “Peggy” can reply to this and maybe act.

I just want to update this review and say that I have received my payment from ReBuy. It was reduced somewhat, but I never expected to get the full amount I was quoted anyway. Yes, it took a while for the transaction to be completed, but it was completed and I sold my phone to ReBuy successfully. I believe that a lot of the negative reviews are bourne of customer expectations being higher than what the reality is of dealing with ReBuy. I won’t say not to use them, I will say be patient and expect to have the offer adjusted according to their findings when your device is examined. ReBuy are not the devils these reviews make them out to be. But at the same time, they’re not Amazon either.

You can use ReBuy, and you will get paid. Just be aware it takes time.

Was a great experience from beginning to end

A great airport, really liked it. Car park was really efficient, secure and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend
