I bough a coat and pairs of trousers, and i am really impressed. Th fabric and fit is just like i was looking for. Everything is perfect ,specially delivery is Quick. Very good experience specially the prices are reasonable.

Quality is bad, it roughly resemble the picture but quality wise is absolutely terrible. I know trying to return the item would just be a waste of my time. I would avoid this company as much as possible

Since my order has not been processed and shipped, I tried asking for cancellation and refund but their customer service email replied me to review their "About Us" and "Terms & Conditions" on cancellations for more clarity.

Such a vague reply indicates that customers do not have the right to request cancellation/refunds even for orders not processed/shipped out, which is a disappointment

I got the products which I expected were a huge disappointment in terms of quality with bad stitching.

I will like to remind everyone this is a dropshipping business that gets its products from China.

It's better off you buy the similar products from Ali Express that offers free global shipping and the products are priced x2-x3 lesser. In addition, you have reviews there to vet whether the products are worth buying.

Please stay away from MARINI clothing.

I bought a pair of trousers, the size was huge. Non-existent customer service, the only way is in the IG comments, for the return, they ask you for 15€ extra for alleged costs incurred by them. Terrible quality

scam!! Terrible fabrics. Horrible sizing. You’ll get a better product if you make it yourself! Horrified. Such a waste of money!

I have made my purchase order on 4 Aug 2024 for 6 products. It turns out just 2 products but of different sizes and of poor quality, completely different from the model photos. I have made several emails to the customer service day by day. But nil response was received. I hope there would be a refund.

Rip-off made in China

Well, that's a pretty clever way of taking money out of your pocket.

After placing the order, nothing happens for a while, and all you get in response to queries is a standard, meaningless email. When you finally receive a notification from DPD that a parcel has been announced, it turns out that it is being sent by the Chinese shipping service provider YANWEN. This explains the long delivery time of 3 weeks as well as the really cheap workmanship of the trousers. The cut itself is also miles away from Italian tailoring.

Of course, there has been no reply to my message that I am exercising my right of cancellation, and I do not assume that this will ever arrive, as European law does not apply in China.

Conclusion: Hands off!

I ordered two pieces of clothing. The trousers were ok, although they feel cheap and not well-made. But the shorts were an entirely different size from what I'd ordered, and very cheaply constructed. Both were made in, and shipped from, China (so they took quite a long time to arrive). I've no idea how I could return the shorts for a refund - I strongly suspect it would not be worth the trouble. I will never buy again from this dropshipping company, and you would be wise not to do so.

Quality is Ok, Sizes are not correct and differentiate. Bought two pants, none fit.
Wrote Service via Mail and through Chat twice. Got a response bit no solution. Still don‘t know where to send the items back and if I‘ll get my money back.

Seems like they care more about the reviews here than their actual customers.
Hopefully there will be a solution soon.

Update: they don‘t give money back, even when clothes were sent back.

I purchased a couple of products from Marini and i am reasonably satisfied with their quality for the price paid. The material seem durable and the design is well crafted. Unfortunatley, i had some issues with customer service. I found it difficult to get timely responses to my inquiries and the communication was a bit complicated. Additionally, the delivery experienced unexpected delays. Overall, the products are good, but the shopping experience could be improved with more efficient customer service and more reliable logistics.
