The worst service I have ever had

The worst service I have ever had. I bought a (very expensive) pair of Marni sandals. They broke after I have been wearing them approximately 6 months in total. I have had them for 1,5 year. I finally get the opportunity to send them to Marni (after several mails), and now they send the broken sandals back to me without fixing them. So much money spend on such a bad quality. I cannot recommend…

MARNI IS HORRIBLE

MARNI IS HORRIBLE, I MADE A RETURN TWO MONTHS AGO USING KLARNA, THEY KEPT SAYING THEY SENT THE RETURN TO ME BUT THAT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR END BECAUSE WHY WOULD YOU SEND THE REFUND TO ME AND I MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH KLARNA. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS BACK AND FORTH AND I AM STILL BEING CHARGE FOR A ORDER I HAVE RETURNED AND DO NOT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. FROM THE TIME I PLACE THE ORDER BACK IN AUGUST IT WAS AN ISSUE. THEY GUARANTEED A DELEIVERY DATE THE ORDER DIDNT COME UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER. NOW THE RETURN TO GET MY REFUND OF $111.00 IS A FIGHT. MARNI COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, YOU CANT SPEAK TO A MANAGER HORRIBLE.

Most uncomfortable shoes ever

I bought the Taissa Black Courts, and they are insanely uncomfortable. All the models I tried seemed uncomfortable without even standing up with them in my foot. The Taissa Black Courts seemed more comfortable, but it took me 2 minutes of walking to have open hounds in my feet.

The prices are way too far from the quality of those shoes.

Long repair time

I received a faulty bag from Marni, (the zipper was extremely tight, even after several uses). The bag was sent back to be repaired 3 months ago, and there is still no information regarding when my bag will be returned.

My package took almost two weeks to come , i called customer service she was very rude and said my order was coming from over seas however on ups it says it was coming from the ware house in jersey if your order online beaware that your order will take forever with no shipping information!

Very poor customer service and…

Very poor customer service and unsatisfactory quality. Filed a quality complaint after my bag’s hardware started falling off upon a few uses and was refused any assistance or advice without the original receipt (the bag was a gift), although I had all labels, product numbers etc.

Low quality

bought a Marni trunk bag a year ago. It is awful quality, the leather has started "bubbling", coming loose from the surface underneath. The strap has started pilling. I have not used the bag much, as it has not been for daily use, but more for special occasions or going out.

I complained about it and Marnis answer is that the bag has gotten wet, which is why the leather has come loose!! The bag has not been in heavy rain and I have not treated it any differently than a number of other expensive designer bags that I have. None of my other bags are ruined after being in the rain, some even after years of use. I even have one pink suede designer bag which has accidentally been caught in the rain and nothing happened to it! I would expect a bag from a high end luxury brand like Marni, with that price tag, to be a lot better quality than what this bag is.

After their treatment of the complaint and refusal to acknowledge the quality issue with this bag, I will also not be purchasing anything from this brand again. If your bags cannot handle daily use, including being caught in the occasional slight rainy weather, then you should state this so the customer is aware upon purchasing.

I have sent an email to their customer service over 10 days ago and have not received a reply.
