The experience was very bad for me because I followed the size table but the pants were too Big for me.
I have lost 50€ because the refund policy is that you have to pay all and It is 35€ more.
They should mention clearly in the refund terms but they don't.
They have lost a client with me.
Pants feel fine (colour, quality...).
Nice fabric, good fit, and easy to dress up or down. They go with everything. Would recommend.
Perfect for work but also look good with a t-shirt. Fit is nice, and they feel comfortable all day. I’ll probably grab another pair soon.
Shipping took about 12 days to the UK, but the trousers are really nice. Good quality and they look like the photos. Happy with the order.

The quality of the clothing is absolutely amazing but the customer service is appalling!! I have emailed them twice as one of my orders arrived with a stain on it! And i would like to return it for one that hasnt gotten a stain.

Cant make refunds, 2 wrong orders, 2 months later and £35 in additional postage fees I got my order. I had one of the worst experiences with any shop ever.

It's been almost a month and I gave them a chance after originally requesting a refund, and now I definitely want a refund but I've got no response back. It's been three days since I asked for a refund. I have no reason to believe my order is on the way. Since I ordered it on Jan 29th.

I ordered 3 pants and 3 shirts as a gift for my birthday. The pants and shirts are smaller than the size table indicates. I have a maximum of 105 cm in the chest, I ordered a shirt size L (according to the site 106-114 cm). The shirt is too small :) With pants the same case. The material of the shirt is terrible, the pants ok. If I could return and exchange these clothes for a larger size, there would be nothing wrong with it, however, for more than a month I do not get any feedback after writing already 5 emails. In addition, there is pretty long delivery period.
EDIT (2nd part from 30th May 2025) : They lie - they did respond me four days ago (respond was 22th Jan, i did not receive any e-mail at 18th Jan. They responded my INSTANTLY after bad review. Would i get any reposnd if i didnt write review there? We will never know).
After almost 5 months of anguish this case has finally finished, but let me describe the whole experience with more details. For the whole duration of this process i have bombarded them with mails, probably with total of 2 each week. After few weeks ive got support regarding proper size of clothes i should choose this time. In mid February i was in Rome for 1 week, so i decided to post the return package from there, becasue delivery adress was in Italy. I was waiting for the response whether they received the order. In the next few days i verified delivery status and (NO?)SURPRISE - they DID NOT COLLECTED the return. After some pressure on my part they send pakage with new clothes in a "good" size. Even whole situation wasnt due to my fault, becasue they indicated wrong information regarding sizes on their site,they required me to pay for the delivery AND it was not cheap - 36 EURO ( i have found cheaper deliveries on the internet) but after spending there c. 390 EURO it did not seem to be much. Finally i received both package (they sent 2 even when 1st fit into one package). Shirts are still too small. Pants are fine.
If i could rewind time would i purchase from marini? Never :)
It was my worst online purchase experience ever. Whole procees lasted 5 months. They don't maintain the standard of return and communication in these times offered by competitors.
If i didnt bombard them with mails i would never get this swap.
I changed from 1 star to 2 star, because at the end of the day i received any clothes. I mean, i could pay them and never see my clothes.
About their return policy. Italy is in European Union. This is a requirement under European Union law—specifically the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights which applies the 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts.

Avoid at all costs. If I could have given a zero rating I would have. I ordered trousers for my sons birthday in September. They took an age to arrive and when they did come, I couldn’t believe how poor quality the material was. You could spit peas through it. There wasn’t even a bona fide clothing label in the trousers, only “made in China”. I didn’t even try to send them back for a refund. What a waste of money. I don’t know how companies like this are allowed to trade. I was invited by the company to write a review, which I did and probably more scathing than this one; funnily enough it’s not on the website reviews.

Marini’s tailored trousers are exactly what I was searching for. They are sharp enough for the office yet comfortable for a night out. The detailing is top notch and they hold their shape after several wears. it is hard to find this level of quality at such fair price.
Stay away from this clothing company I’ve tried reaching out to them constantly about faulty items that I’ve received they emailed me to ask for pictures once I send proof that my items were faulty they haven’t contacted me back I’ve emailed still nothing
Slow communication. Cheaply made clothes. Purchased 2 pairs of pants for around 130NZD total - they're so thin that you can see my underwear, and the lining of the pockets, through the material! Unwearable bunk.
Marini has become my go-to store for both casual and formal wear I bought tailored trousers and they are impeccable. The cut is perfect and fabric feels high quality at very reasonable price.
I recently purchased pants and shorts that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The fabric feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like what was advertised.
What’s even worse is the sizing—it’s way off. Despite following the size chart, the fit is either too tight in some areas or overly baggy in others. This item feels like it was rushed through production with no attention to detail.
Overall, it was a waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for durability or even basic quality in their clothing. Save your time and money, and shop elsewhere.
I saw an Instagram ad and I got very curious because I love the vintage style.
My experience with Marini after one month was very bad.
The Website looks well made and legit.
BUT the quality of the trousers is not good and cheap China quality.
Until now I still got no refund after multiple emails.
Firstly I got an answer and they offered me two options, one with shipping the trousers back with an extra border fee of 50$ and replace with a different oder. Second is to get a 35$ coupon and keep my old order. One month after this offer I still got no answer. If you read the bad reviews you see, a lot of people have the same experience with Marini. Keep your hands off this brand/website!!!
