Seller unable/refuse to cancel and refund order
Since my order has not been processed and shipped, I tried asking for cancellation and refund but their customer service email replied me to review their "About Us" and "Terms & Conditions" on cancellations for more clarity.
Such a vague reply indicates that customers do not have the right to request cancellation/refunds even for orders not processed/shipped out, which is a disappointment
I got the products which I expected were a huge disappointment in terms of quality with bad stitching.
I will like to remind everyone this is a dropshipping business that gets its products from China.
It's better off you buy the similar products from Ali Express that offers free global shipping and the products are priced x2-x3 lesser. In addition, you have reviews there to vet whether the products are worth buying.
Please stay away from MARINI clothing.
