Scammers. The shipment is coming from China, not Italy.

Ordered placed more than a month ago. as far as i m concerned, i may have very well lost the pack... no feedback from the seller and no concrete help.

I’ve had to give a one star as I can’t give a zero! Complete scam of a company.
Ordered a pair of £132 navy Monte-Carlo Yacht suede tassel loafers and I don’t even know how to describe what I got.
I wish I could put photos on to show the disgraceful product that they sent.

Looked nothing like the picture advertised, stitching and finishing looked like a 2- year old had done it (although I feel that is insulting to 2year olds)

One star because I can’t give zero.
Overpriced, poor-quality products. I ordered some pants and a polo shirt back in May for a friend’s birthday—he’d seen them advertised on Instagram as high-quality Italian design and I paid over €100.

The order took over a month to get delivered, and what arrived was shocking: the items looked like hospital uniforms made of plastic and paper. Absolutely nothing like what was advertised.

Their customer service offered either a 30% refund or to return the items to a warehouse in China or South America (I’m based in Spain). Completely ridiculous.

Luckily, I disputed the charge and my bank recognized it as fraud. Avoid at all costs.

WARNING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered shoes as a Christmas present for my husband from this small Italian company (as they pretend to be). I waited and waited and as Christmas approached, I wrote to them not to send the shoes because I would have to buy something else to give as a Christmas present. Then I got a shipping number from them that said they were now sent from China. The message was written in Italian! After many weeks, the shoes that were too small and smelled of chemicals finally arrived. When I wanted to return them, they wrote that I had to cover the return costs to China myself and that I could get a maximum of 30% of my money back. The shoes were very expensive! So do absolutely not shop here!!! A total scam!!!

I ordered over a month ago and nothing has arrived. Useless to me now as Christmas is long past.
I’ve emailed them asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued, I won’t hold my breath though. These Chinese companies don’t care and aren’t bound by any Western commercial laws. I’m not buying anything I know to be from a Chinese company again. I’ve been ripped off more often than not.

This is a chinese company. The worst company you can imagine. They send you the package and if you don't want to keep it they make you an offer. They definitely don't want the goods sent back...

Do not buy. Horrific quality, poor shipping, tell you if you want to return you have to send to south america. Will take your money and only give you a partial refund. Awful Awful company.

Very Bad quality, bad service, no return despite there is a return policy. It was extremely bad experience!!!

After waiting for a month, my order was automatically returned, but I still haven’t received the refund. This is a scam website.

I've ordered clothes here, the quality is very bad. I've tried to return the clothes but the address they give you does not exist. They never gave my money back.

Still now I don't recieve my order. all the orders come from china it's not good materials! assistance service its very badless Please stay back of this shitttt

They send me only two of the three ordered trousers - both of them were the wrong size AND model. After I immediately asked for a return they asked for additional proof of the mistake. After mails back and forth for several months they suddenly claimed, that it is now too late to get any return. Huge scam!

This is worse website. Don’t buy anything from this website, them just want to sale anything and you can’t return back even if is wrong item. I bought a shirt size M and came size L , take more than 2 weeks to deliver,I checked how to return and you need to write them email , so I wrote to them and I got response back after 3 days and I explained again how to make a return and when response me back it was passed 14 days,because you need 14 days to return but you have to go through email and them delay special just to get the money and you can’t do anything because them policy. Product is Chinese not good, website rubbish, customer service just saying sorry can’t help. Be careful don’t buy from this website. They just want your money

The quality is of chinese products but design-wise they show up as expected. Sizes are very small, so order one larger than usual.

Ordered twice, and have had money returned when item got out of stock, even if it took some emails back and forth. So customer service is also ok, even if returns may be hard (shipping distance etc.).

All in all, order one size up and you may get a nice design with ok material for a cheaper price tag than real quality products. Consider it a risk though, returns may not be an option.

I ordered a pair of linen trousers. What I received matched the expected color and cut, but unfortunately it was probably just polyester.
Conclusion: Hands off!

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS. They don’t even deserve one star. Chinese drop shipping company pretending to be Italian luxury. Cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. When I inevitably wanted to return the item they told me “the closest warehouse to me is in South America” so I asked for the address and they didn’t respond so I had to chase twice. When I threatened to write a bad review they responded but this once the 14 day returns period is up and said sorry it’s now too late to return the item! Disgusting service.

I would've given 0 stars If I could. Worst experience ever with a clothing brand. This "company" is absolutely disgraceful. The clothes were never shipped, no possibilities to track your order, even though on their webpage there's a "track your order" button. Needless to say, it doesn't work. Inexistent customer support when it comes to ask for informations. Do yourself a favor: stay away from these scammers and save your money. I got in touch with local authorities in order to get my money back. A complete disaster. Hope they'll get what they deserve.

I've order an item and the item comes differently in size and take so long to come. Now when i try to return is a nightmare as they say they operetad in south america and the item can stuck on customs . Definitely is a scamming website. Don't order or your money will be lost for nothing.

I recently ordered clothes from Porto Richezze, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The items I received were far too small compared to what I requested, making them completely unwearable. To add insult to injury, the quality of the clothes was diabolical—cheap materials and shoddy craftsmanship.

The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Not only were they unresponsive and unhelpful, but there was also no opportunity to get a refund. I felt utterly scammed and frustrated. I strongly advise against shopping with Porto Richezze. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
