WORST ONLINE SHOP I HAVE EVER USED
Cant make refunds, 2 wrong orders, 2 months later and £35 in additional postage fees I got my order. I had one of the worst experiences with any shop ever.

It's astonishing how some customers feel entitled to distort reality just to vent their frustration. Let’s break this down:
You claim we "can't make refunds." False. We have a clear return policy, which you were well aware of before purchasing.
You mention "two wrong orders." Also false. You received exactly what you ordered—Shopify confirms this automatically, and we do not have the ability to modify your selections.
And finally, after receiving your exchanged items on February 7, instead of acknowledging that the issue was resolved, you come here two weeks later just to leave a bitter review.
We are a small business working tirelessly every single day, and frankly, we are done catering to customers who misrepresent the facts. If this was your "worst experience," trust us—you weren’t exactly a dream customer either.
We’re not interested in serving people who feel the need to complain just for the sake of it. Find another store to bother.
