I wanted to get the Microsoft suite of products for my computer. In my haste to purchase I purchased the wrong one...I purchased the one for the pc and I have a Mac computer. I have emailed the company repeatedly, I have tried to call them in London and I have tried to get their online help to assist me in my dilemma. Effective yesterday, I submit a claim with my credit card company to review the dispute that I have outstanding. Why won't you respond to me??

I did not receive a product code with my purchase and when I tried to phone there was no response. I also went on live chat and received no answer. It wasn’t until I threatened to disclose the issues I’d had on two national television shows that I received a product Code. This was too little to late as I had already purchased another Microsoft office product elsewhere. I would like a refund of the money I paid for this product. Let’s see how that works out!!

I was very impressed with the level of service recieved from this company. the download came once payment had been made. I did wait for the licence no. but it was a bank holiday so understandably, It arrived on the tuesday and managed to download it with no problems.

The website promised delivery of license key within minutes 24 hours a day. I received an automated email but the license key was left blank. I tried using the installer they referenced from Microsoft but it kept asking for the license key. I tried using License Direct’s online chat but it always says they are unavailable. I also tried emailing with no response from them. It wasn’t until 4 days later, AFTER I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge did the respond with a code. I don’t know if it works because I had to spend more money at another site to get the code I needed for my child who was starting school. Would not recommend this site.

Ditto what everyone else is saying this company are scammers, I purchased this on 29/08/20 and here I am on 02/09/20 and I have no product code to complete the download. Worse than that there is never anyone available to get any information from. I really wish I'd read these reviews before I purchsed anything from them. AVOID

I finally got my download complete after 5 days. Basically don't waste time with the online chat and sending e-mails, just reply to the email they send you and they answer almost immediately, it's although noone monitors their website but someone sends out emails remotely and he will answer.
Very stressful but got there in the end

New product key provided 7 days after initial order. Works fine but only provided 4 stars because of slow custormer support.
Unitial Review:
I have placed an order on 31st August 2020, my payment was processed straight away and I have received what was supposed to be the email containing my product key. Only the product key was the only thing missing from that email.
I have used the phone number, the email reply service and the live chat service from your website and did not get any replay to either. I feel like I am all alone in this and that I was scammed into paying for something I will never receive.
I would like to be able to use my software to its full, having paid for it and all.

The code was not sent on the email and there was no response to my email.

This is an outright SCAM, do not buy from this site you will not get any product.
Owner of company from Romania so little chance of getting any recompense, you will need to take it to card issuer.
Has a number of companies - so keep well away.

Did not receive product I paid for and tried to contact several times without reply

DO NOT USE THIS CO. Purchased and never received a key code. Tried to contact company for days with no response. Had to file a dispute in hopes of getting my money back

Been waiting for my product key for the past 2-3days. i am hoping that i am not being naive in hoping that the product key will come.

I ordered and paid for the software. I tried several times to contact them in order to get the key for the program with no luck. I am stuck with a program that I can't use.

I never received product key code sent many email none respond, try to chat nobody answer so 1 start is so many sad very sad

The product code was missing on my order and no one has responded to my email

I have given this retailer just over 2 days to confirm cancellation of my order but no response.I decided to cancel after not receiving a product key for 24 hours, I requested but no reply. This retailer get a -10 for communication and a round -10 for service, in particular the complete lack of speed in delivering your product.

I paid for Microsoft Office 2019 on 29 07 20 and received an email with no product code. Very pissed off. No response to emails or phone messages. Avoid!!!

My credit card was charged for the software and they sent an email to me which was suppose to have the license code enclosed. Except the license code was blank. I have emailed, texted and even called the phone number on their website. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!
