As our term came to an end we needed to secure a new remortgage rate. Steve Jackson was very helpful throughout the whole process and outlined all the options we had and managed to secure a good rate for a fixed term with minimal paperwork. Much appreciated Steve. Happy with the outcome.

Ordered a monitor which wasn't suitable. Arranged a collection and the driver didn't turn up and re-arranged a collection and the driver still hasn't turned up. I needed the refund to purchase another monitor, so not happy about this.

My boiler was leaking and called PlusHeat and they managed to send someone quick. There was a part that needed replacing and once the part was ordered, the engineer returned and replaced the part. Since then the boiler has been fine and no leak. Happy with the service.

Quick delivery - no issues with installing the software. And a great price. Very happy.

There should be some flexibility to change or cancel the tickets if circumstances change. The prices fluctuate so much that I'm a bit disappointed the dates I originally wanted the prices dropped to what I can afford after booking my second choice dates, so I am really not happy with the inflexibility of the agents and airlines. The prices to amend bookings is extortionate.

Absolutely useless. Can't setup my DD properly and then have the audacity to keep send me useless account in arrears letters threatening to disconnect me. When you call their customer service, they don't have a clue what the letters are relating or provide a breakdown of the costs. Poor customer service and poor company. Made me switch mid contract and was had to pay disconnection fees. These companies keep pestering you until you switch and then cause you so much headache. Strongly warn you to stay away from there.

Smart glasses just as their name suggests. Glasses are smart and stylish. Only thing with ordering online is the fitting if it needs adjusting you have to take to a local optician. Otherwise the price and quality of branded glasses is great.
