Lots of things made this a great event.
Good flat course almost entirely rural with farmlands, and a great finish on the race track with supporters cheering on;
Great organisation, and variety of food and coffee outlets.
Friendly staff and volunteers.

And it was a cool, sunny day, excellent for running.

Got what I wanted at price I was looking for. Delivery was fast and there were nice personal touches such as a hand written note thanking me for my order and a little packet of sweets!

We have recently had the first annual maintenance for our Acorn stairlift.

The team who installed it a year ago were friendly and helpful, and dealt with an obscure problem efficently. There has been no problem at all with the equipment since then and the annual maintence visit was done quickly and efficiently. A quality job. The stairlift itself has been a game changer at home and we could not manage without it.

I took my car for investigation of apparent particulate filter and injector problems and some dashboard warnings. They did the diagnostics thouroughly and concluded that the error messages were spurious, caused by faulty wiring. They physically checked the partculate filter and found it clean. They recommended that I take the car to a qualified auto-electrician, and would not charge me for all the diagnostic work they did. Though it's a pity they could not fix the problem, they were clear that it required specialist capability they did not have. They were very poliite and helpful, and I would rate their customer service very highly.

Despite pouring rain, and in places a lot of water under foot, this was a great run and well organised. Tatton Park is a pleasant area to run around, though the tarmac of some of the park paths was degraded in places, so a little care was required. The rain made the car park fields muddy but most people seemed to cope with it. Thanks to the marshals, officials and spectators who endured two hours or more of rain to make this such a good event.

I just ordered a couple of headbands. Though Sports Direct said that they could not supply till 25 July, they came 2 weeks earlier!

Engineer was very good. He was investigating a mysterious and random fault. But he seems to have hit upon a permanent solution and after 24 hours all is working correctly. Nice man, too.

Very helpful and friendly engineer. He approached the intermittent problem, not shown on day, by doing a full service and thorough examination which revealed cause of problem.

Very helpful customer service and prompt delivery of my toner cartridges

A brief email conversation with Laura Bruma quickly identified the toner cartridge I needed. She also pointed me to a discount code, so I ordered two! Good customer service. I have also used Printerinks on previous occasions and found them good.
