Licenses Direct 

I bought this software Microsoft office 2019 on line and was not provided a product code so cannot install office on my computer. As I had to uninstall the 2016 version prior to installing 2019 I now do not have any version of office on my computer. I have emailed them sent chats in the chat box but no one responds. Is this company a scam?

As others have said, this is a faff. Once my payment had cleared, I got the product code, and it is a bit fiddly but quick to then install.

Licenses Direct need to sort out their communications - no responses to the chat bot, no replies to emails until the second email with product code arrived. A simple initial email should have said that product codes would not be sent until payment had cleared.

Product key not received, no response to emails. I noticed their own Web page has 153 reviews all so good - it must have taken them a bit of time to write those. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I never recieved my download instructions or license. I want to get my money back. I will be disputing this with the bank if you do not refund me. It has been 5 days since ordering your instant download. I never got the email or download or license in my account. I have purchase from Ebay instead.

Just purchased Office 2019. No product key in email. No one taking calls, emails or chat at the company. Another steal to add to the long list below. Should have come on here first.

I've just bought Office 2016 Professional and happy with the service. I read other reviews that said you need to request the product code if it's not on the email so I sent a reply on the email where it showed no product code and it arrived that evening. Had trouble installing with Chrome and Firefox yesterday but hubby suggested Mircosoft Edge and it worked immediately. Better comms would be useful to prevent frustration but works great and was easy to install once I got tot he right place to install it.

As others have written, this company is nothing but a criminal scam. Do not ever pay them anything. I ordered and paid for software. An email containing a download link arrived promptly, but without a product key. It had a phrase "Your product key is:" but the field was blank. I have sent numerous emails, submitted one of their contact forms, and tried their webchat; and received no response whatsoever.

It is clear that they take your money but have no intention of supplying the goods. That is fraud, plain and simple. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

I have purchased Microsoft Office from this company and feel that I have been cheated as it is impossible to activate product. License key supplied did not work as already activated too many times.
I have been unable to contact anybody in the company as phone messages and emails are ignored.
They then have sent me a link to rate the Microsoft Office on their website but as soon as I tried to leave my review it blocked me and took me back to the their Home page.
Please don’t waste money as it is a scam.

Not going to add more than to reinforce what others have said. Money taken, no activation code, no response to emails, 'live chat' or phone. Going to give it the full 72hrs, then contact the cc etc. and report as fraud.

Worth waiting - 3 days later, no apology, no explanation... an email arrived with a functioning code. I have no idea if this is their standard practice or a response to this review, so I'm still going to say avoid.

I am in the same boat. Ordered office pro 2019. No product code initially but got it within a couple of days. Installed it only to find that MS licensing said the key code had been used too many times so wasn't valid. Emailed the company back a week ago and follow up emails and no response. Had the cheek to ask for a review though which they got but it's unlikely it will show up on their website. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND NO PRODUCT.

Same as everyone else. I read some good reviews and purchased on the strength of them. Immediate e mail confirmation and advised Product Key was sent automatically after purchase .... WRONG - email says 'Product Key No'..followed by a blank space.

Tries contacting by phone and e mail - nothing.

Luckily I paid on C Card so I'll be contacting them tomorrow.

As with many others on here I fell for this which is nothing but a total scam. I did some investigating and the address on the site when searched for shows an office block that rents out virtual office space and has no business links to the owner of this site. they are using this address to add legitimacy to the whole thing. The rental merchants even offer setup of limited companies usiong the address so even this doesnt lend itself to this being anything other than a fraudulent company. I will be contacting my bank first thing tomorrow to arrange a chargeback. In short as many others have said.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

All good, i got my product key! 4 stars because i was waited product key 4 days. All downloaded and all working.

I ordered software from here on Monday August 24th, I still have yet to receive my product key. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back. I sent darn near 10 emails still have not gotten a response.

Purchased Microsoft Office from these people.

They did finally come through with a license key

Same as others. Paid for product but no product code. They are stealing our money!! No response to emails or chats.. I would not deal with this company!!!!

I'm appalled to find out when i tried to activate the product I purchased from Licences Direct with the activation key an error message came up saying that the activation key had been used the maximum amount of times. After a number of attempts to contact supplier via telephone, on line chat and email to date i still have had no response, and to add insult to injury they sent me a review email to there service, which you can imagine was quite colourful. seeing as i have had no responce I was left with no option but to contact Action Fraud and have been in contact with Google with a complaint and will contine to contact them weekly until something is done about this company. Scam websites should be dealt with and i'm on a mission to make sure this company is accountable for its actions or in many cases No action. I'm not the sort of person that just gives up and will continue to complain and make as many people aware as possible to avoid using this company at all costs.
Please DO NOT use this company you will only be left out of pocket, and frustrated like so many others.
If anyone else has had similar experiences with Licences Direct I ask you to contact Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 and contact Google by filling out a fraud report, the more complaints they receive the more chance action will be taken. Together we are strong

I purchased Microsoft Office 2020 but there was no licence key in the confirmation email. I contacted the company by phone, email and live chat but no one came back to me. Avoid this company!!
