I made a booking through Kiwi for…
I made a booking through Kiwi for WestJet flights. I received a WestJet PNR code and saw that the booking was successful on WestJet's website, and everything was ready to go. My plans sadly changed and I cancelled the tickets through Kiwi within 24 hours, which is well within the WestJet cancellation policy. I immediately checked my PNR code on WestJet and saw that my booking had been cancelled. Kiwi has still not responded with ANY UPDATES on the refund, and it makes no sense that they should still have my money when I agreed to their cancellation policy of 30euro fee and I see that Kiwi cancelled the booking on WestJet. Why have I received no communication from them?
