Your app saves trawling through any other travel apps.

Your app saves trawling through any other travel apps to compare prices as my past experiences has proven over many trips that Kiwi always gives the best deals. Now I only consult Kiwi.

ReAssured still insists on hard copy paperwork sent around the world !!!

I live in South Africa and in January rang to inform ReAssure of my change of address. Instead of just amending my details or emailing the form they posted it. Due to SA virtual non existent postal service I never received the form. For some unknown reason my April and June pension payments were not paid.
I rang ReAssured 24/06 and was promised that the change of address form had to be posted, after much discussion the agent promised that it would be emailed to me. 28/06 still no email. Rang again, after more discussions it was emailed to me and received as we spoke. But it has to be sent back as a hard copy. To make sure I start getting my pension paid again. I’m going to have to courier it to the UK, yet told it would be then scanned and loaded onto my profile. !!!!!
Come on ReAssured move into the 21st century.
