Ordered a long sleeved T shirt for my step-daughter. After a long wait (several weeks) it arrived exactly as ordered with the quote I wanted "I'm Only Talking To My Dog Today'. Quality appears to be excellent. Maybe I got lucky?

Totally untrustworthy. Will not answer emails. Offered me a refund eventually but won’t answer my emails and no refund arrived. I use a credit card for protection against scammers so was able to get my money back. Steer well clear of this business

Very poor quality. Made returns, no refunds FORTHCOMING after 3months.Different name on every email. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES.

The items are not any were near the size material and colours not as they are seen on line. I ordered several items totalling over £100
I am still waiting for a refund having sent the items back in August I have emailed several times with out reply. Do not buy any think from this company they are not to be trusted. I have proof that the items were received back in China. I am now going through pay pal that I hope will help to retrieve my money

Absolutely disgraceful rip off company. I was shocked when the items arrived at how appalling they were. I paid via PayPal and I am pleased to say after following PayPal’s instructions, I have finally received a full refund.

Absolutely agree with all the reviews. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK or anywhere! I bought two cotton dresses and both were 100%viscous and absolutely dreadful. The sizing of two Small dresses were totally different - one was too small and the other I could have put two other people in there! I too have had correspondence with Maggie offering me 15% refund ? Suggested if I do send it back it will be 'lost' and therefore I will get no money refunded. I am just about to ring my credit card company so I can make sure they are unable to access my account. Please please do not buy from this company!

Scam company also advertising under a host of different domains so don't order anything! Cheap copies of the clothes pictured made in Chinese sweat shops (see the numerous complaints) and impossible to get them to refund. Simply contact your credit card provider and instigate a dispute against this Hong Kong company leadchic.com. You will have your money refunded by your card provider GUARANTEED as long as you have contacted the company asking for a refund due to the clothes not being the same as advertised. PayPal not so easy I'm afraid.

I've written about this company before and they are a con. After getting nowhere with Kisshey themselves, I've contacted my bank and after a month or so have had my money refunded. I'm sure this is because they are an illegitimate site.

After waiting nearly 6weeks for so called summer wear, I finally received today. The dresses have no resemblance to what I ordered and one of them is a small size. As I am a size 18 you can imagine how I feel. Obviously I am not going to see my money again. Doesn’t Facebook check who is advertising on their site. It’s my own fault, my daughter told me not to order anything on a Facebook site

If I could I would give them a minus score. Trying to return a dress that is too small and does not Match the description of 100% cotton it’s actually polyester. Received email from ‘Maggie’ who said it would cost more than the dress cost and postage to return and perhaps I could give it to family member or friend, if not suitable for myself why would I pass it on. Very disappointed with trust pilot and Facebook as I would have thought they would have done the checks on Kisshey and banned the advert from their space.

Wouldnt have even give 1 star but had to otherwise no review could be left.
I ordered a pair of linen pants these arrived and they a certainly not linen they are a cheap microfiber the quality is terrible, have asked how to return but after reading reviews think I will just go through PayPal for miss sale of goods

Wish I had read before I ordered. £81.83 I am not going to see again and no delivery of items ordered either

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!! I bought £136.10 worth of items off this site. All goods received were extremely poor quality - nothing like the pictures on the site. When I asked to return them I was told that the cost to return would far outweigh the price I paid for the items and their suggestion was for me to give the clothes to friends and family or receive a 10% refund. When ordering the items, there was no indication anywhere that returning any item that the cost would be astronomical. This is an absolute shocking policy and I URGE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I've lost all that money and ended up with a pile of rags!!!!!

Clothes are sized at least 2 sizes smaller than stated on their guide and the quality is very poor. Whish I had read the reviews first. They have told me they can give me a 10% discount and give the clothes to my family or post back to China at my own cost and if they get lost or customs put a price on them then I will have to pay for that too so all in all not worth the bother but £74 is a lot of money to lose. Going to try ifPayPal will help.

I ordered goods at end of July, never came, tracked order and it said failed quality inspection. Just delaying tactics! Total scam and in fact I think they are using other names on Facebook as well. Seen exactly the same clothes on other dubious sites. I would never buy from an unknown source again especially in China. I got my money back from my bank. DO NOT BUY

I ordered two items. They arrived and were nothing like the photos.Very poor quality. I contacted for a return and refund. They told me to give them to friends if I did not like the dresses and offered 10% refund. I refused. They offered 20% refund orcsend back to an address in China but warned the package might not arrive as Chinese customs might stop it. No refund if this happened. To post to China would cost over £20. Not worth it. So reluctantly said I would accept 20% refund. Doubt I will get it! Never buy from this company.
