Beautiful resort. Spotless and smells wonderful. Rooms are pristine with sea views. Staff are exceptional. Grounds are fantastic with sunbeds everywhere. Buffet and a la carte restaurants excellent. The food was really good in all places and I are in them all. Buffet desserts out of this world.
Downside is lack of any real sandy beach . Unable to swim in the sea from the jetty ladder if not a strong swimmer, but red flag often flying. Also charging for water and tea/coffee station refills not what one expects from a 5 star hotel.

I come back time and again to love holidays for the price but mainly for the customer service I get from Georgina Howe your customer service person. Knowledgable friendly and so helpful.

During the pandemic my June holiday to IKOS Dassia in Corfu has had to be postponed twice from 2020 to 2021 and now to 2022. Love Holidays have been absolutely fantastic with me and made the changes so easy. In particular, the customer service advisor Georgina Howe has gone above and beyond to help and advise me. She has made all the changes painless and responded immediately to my email queries. Her friendly but professional attitude has given me such confidence in her and this company. She has been a bright point in a dark time for both holiday companies and us customers wanting to book a holiday in the sun. Cannot recommend her and this company too highly for the service they offer.

Booked for 2020 this was changed to 2021 due to covid. Staff so helpful and efficient. Kept in touch and gave good advice. Lots of information on manage my booking re covid. Still.hoping to travel June 2021 and have booked additional holiday in September 2021. Personal service excellent. Hoping both holidays will.go ahead.

M&S parcel received by you on 5th February promptly disappeared and was never delivered. Replacement recieved a day earlier than specifically requested. No one in so left in front garden by a plant. Could have been taken by anyone.

The coat was rather small around the chest for a size 14. Will no be able to wear bulky sweaters under it. However a size 16 would be too big around the hips and sleeves.

As an over 70yr old with a very expensive holiday booked for early June. I was concerned about whether the holiday would go ahead or if I would lose money. Jamaal at Love Holidays was most helpful and reassuring in these difficult times.

I ordered two items. They arrived and were nothing like the photos.Very poor quality. I contacted for a return and refund. They told me to give them to friends if I did not like the dresses and offered 10% refund. I refused. They offered 20% refund orcsend back to an address in China but warned the package might not arrive as Chinese customs might stop it. No refund if this happened. To post to China would cost over £20. Not worth it. So reluctantly said I would accept 20% refund. Doubt I will get it! Never buy from this company.
