very hard to understand, spoke so quickly she was almost indecipherable and sound quality was lousy - probably because the mic was too close to her mouth.

Incompetence of a high order
Placed an order then tried to change delivery address on chat line. Quite impossible. In spite of giving all relevant information - order number, email address, confirming delivery address twice, then spelling out both billing addreess and new delivery address. Hopeless. I really think the person at the other end must jabbed been illiterate.

Real value for money
Great! As someone who has suffered lower back problems for yeas I can thouroughly reommend the RockBack chair. I know it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for - exceptional value for money. No more back spasms thank goodness!
