We saw Frank and Percy at The Other Palace Theatre.
Terrific performances from Ian McKellen and Roger Allam in a charming, funny story of two old boys who start chatting as their dogs play in the park. Thoroughly entertaining and poignant. Would highly recommend. Loved the theatre too felt very intimate and connected to the actors on the stage.

Excellent customer service. An item was left off the delivery I received today. As soon as I contacted them I immediately received a lovely email from David apologising and saying the item would be received tomorrow. I then realised that I needed more plates and an additional tablecloth so placed a second order. When David saw my order he ran down to the warehouse retrieved the item due for despatch added my new items so they could all be sent together and better still refunded the delivery charge. Wish all companies had the same level of service. Will definitely order from here again and again !!

They wanted to charge me 15%
Of course I refused
I have been chasing the refund for weeks now
Apparently refund has been made but I have definitely not received it
Definitely a scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I was very disappointed with the quality of the bag I ordered so returned it to Secretsales. I couldn’t see the refund so called and spoke to a fantastic customer service advisor called Carla Johnson who quickly and very efficiently sorted out the problem with the refund which was in fact caused by me misunderstanding the type of refund I wanted. Furthermore when I explained that I wasn’t happy that I had had to pay the postage to return the package she organised for that to be refunded too totally restoring my faith in Secretsales and ensuring that I will purchase from you again
