I've written about this company before and they are a con. After getting nowhere with Kisshey themselves, I've contacted my bank and after a month or so have had my money refunded. I'm sure this is because they are an illegitimate site.

I have had the same experience as other people have had on this site. Getting nowhere with Kisshey themselves and received this reply to my complaint about their products which are too big and poor quality:
