I had the same experience as everyone else. Cheap and nasty shoes arrived which bore little resemblance to the shoes advertised on this scammer's website. Despite purporting to be in London, it then transpires the company is based in China. I didn't bother arguing with them for too long and simply initiated a chargeback from my credit card provider and was refunded the money.

I highly recommend this company! After webuyanyphone tried to trick me into accepting a low price for my phone using fraudulent tactics, I was wary of using a company I hadn't heard of but the great reviews reassured me so I sent them my phone. And I'm so pleased I did; very efficient service, good communication and a great price that was paid into my account within a week!

I sent my iPhone 13 to this company after being offered a price of £275 plus an extra £5 using a code if I sent it within 5 days.
Once they had received the phone they amended the offer to £200 as they stated the phone's condition was not good, claiming the screen and rear housing had light wear and noticeable wear on the bezels.
They had uploaded a video of 'my' phone on my account to prove their findings - except the scratched phone used in the video wasn't mine (did they seriously think I wouldn't notice?!). As my phone is in pristine condition thanks to using a screen protector and keeping it in a case, I immediately knew they were trying to trick me into accepting a lower offer for my phone, a whooping £80 less (NB I see from other reviews this is a common tactic used by this company to convince owners their phone is not in good condition). I communicated through chat with one of their advisors and she insisted the phone's condition was not good but then upped the offer to £235. Isn't that curious?!
I asked for the phone to be returned (the sweet irony that they had to shell out for Royal Mail Special Delivery!) and I sent the phone to ur.co.uk. Who were efficient, honest and paid me £271 for my phone.
To attempt to purchase a phone at a lower value by means of deception is fraud and I have no hesitation referring webuyanyphone to Trading Standards. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Warning: If you sign up for a month trial you will be snared into an auto-renew. One month later you will have £38.95 taken from your account with no prior warning - which breaches the Consumer Rights Law 1990. I contacted the company and told them to return the money as I was not aware of the auto-renew when I purchased the month's trial. I then received several lengthy and nonsensical emails clearly written by a Bot telling me why I couldn't have a refund. I simply raised a dispute with my card server, they contacted Yoga-Go (based in Dubai) and requested them to reverse the transaction. Yoga-Go quickly asked my card server to stop the claim and advised a refund would be issued. Which it was that day. A company to avoid IMO.

This company must be the most incompetent company in the UK. Took them 10 days to finally collect a parcel and two weeks on I keep getting Evri couriers turning up to collect the parcel! Just get in the bin Evri. You are useless.

Final Update: Took out a County Court Claim against Tui and they settled. Dispute now over, Tui had to pay what they owed and have now lost two regular customers. Genius.
Update: Pitiful response from Tui. Refusing to honour the assurance made by a Tui representative (who had sought clarification from her manager) that Tui would refund the cost of the taxis just because Tui 'hadn't organised them as per their procedure' is ridiculous. Tui would still have had to pay for the taxis whether they were organised by Tui or the passengers. This disorganisation followed on from the pilot not mentioning we were diverting to Gatwick until we had landed and even the cabin crew were unaware of where we'd landed, welcoming us to Stansted Airport! Doubt I'll book Tui again. Don't much care for liars.
Our return flight had to divert to Gatwick due to storms at Stansted and the pilot not having enough fuel to hold. At 3am we were told by the Tui rep that taxis would be organised for us but it would take some considerable time. A passenger asked if we could organise our own taxis as she had work in the morning. The rep went off and checked with Tui who said yes we could and Tui would refund us. We duly went and got a taxi back to Stansted and, as instructed, submitted a receipt to Tui for a refund. Yesterday we received a call from a Tui agent in Egypt telling us they won't refund us. I am absolutely furious that Tui are now trying to avoid paying for a taxi that they would have had to pay for anyway!
Obviously I'm going to take this further as it's a shameful way to treat ones passengers and I would have expected better from Tui.

River Island arranged for a collection on Tuesday. No courier came. Then got a message from Evri that there was a problem and would be rescheduled. Got a message yesterday, Thursday, that the courier would be collecting that day between 16.30-17.30. No one came. Amused to read on Evri's tracking that 'no one was home' as two of us work from home and CCTV shows no Evri attempted collection for either days. So someone is telling porkies and it isn't me!

Bought an office chair which was delivered quickly and efficiently but broke after just six weeks. Contacted the company who, after a few phone calls, informed me that as 30 days had passed only a repair could be offered and not a refund - despite the chair's seat snapping clean off the base and depositing my son onto the floor. I was informed the replacement parts were to be delivered within 2-3 days and then it would be left to me to repair the chair. This was 11 days ago and I have neither received the replacement parts or any further communication from this company.
Very disappointing and I won't be wasting any more of my time pursuing this and will instead seek a refund through my credit card provider.

I'm disappointed some reviewers have left negative feedback on this company just because their order wasn't delivered within the time they were expecting. They obviously failed to read the very clear delivery date notification given before checkout and if they had, could have chosen to go elsewhere if it didn't suit them.
I ordered a BOSS EDT on 9/12/21 and was informed before checkout it would be 16-18 December for delivery and as that suited me I completed the order. My order was delivered by Royal Mail today, 17th December - bang on time. Well packaged and £23 cheaper than John Lewis! A great price:-)
Come on reviewers, be fair and don't leave bad comments just because you assume all companies work on Amazon Prime delivery times. Take a minute to check the delivery information and be aware that even orders on Amazon can take weeks to be delivered. And for the reviewer who said the phone number couldn't be right as it was a digit missing....did you even TRY the number?? Course you didn't.
I definitely recommend this company and absolutely will use them again. 10/10
