I was told someone would get back to me they did not.
After receiving bad service and broken terms of voucher from one of your agents I was informed that I had to deal with agent. very bad customer service. I have been a Groupon customer for many years but I will not be using you again in the future if this is not resolved. I bought voucher in good faith, your agent broke terms of voucher, no services were used but your agent claimed voucher and you leave me to fight with a dishonest company, I do not stand a chance, I feel like I have been robbed,

Clothes are sized at least 2 sizes smaller than stated on their guide and the quality is very poor. Whish I had read the reviews first. They have told me they can give me a 10% discount and give the clothes to my family or post back to China at my own cost and if they get lost or customs put a price on them then I will have to pay for that too so all in all not worth the bother but £74 is a lot of money to lose. Going to try ifPayPal will help.
