The quality of the items is very bad. The item is from China. The company is sited in Netherland, but if you want to return a produc, you must send and pay for it to China. Very bad and slow customers service.
I would never buy again here.

Unable to contact to return a requested jacket, due to it being too small and poor quality. Not recommended purchase.

AWFUL DONT BE FOOLED! They won’t let me return the items I bought, don’t reply to emails, no proper returns policy. One dress is not the same as the photo.

I wish I had researched the company and seen these reviews, companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

Terrible. Clothing is the worst quality imaginable. Some items never arrived and I cannot get a refund. The company will also not respond I’d provide a way ticket return the rubbish they sell. This company should not be allowed to continue trading

I didn’t read the reviews and just like the rest I got scammed. SHEIN has better quality than this rubbish company with way better guarantees and customer service. I saw a pretty dress on Pinterest and visited the website and bought it but the product I received had nothing on it and like everyone already said, the sewing is horrible ad there are threads sticking out, the materiel is plastic you can actually feel how cheaply made it is and the customer support is a disgrace. I have been emailing the company for a month now to return the dress and get a refund and I only ever received a stupid email about how I should send them photos which I did and then absolutely nothing. Just no answer …. It’s ridiculous how bad the service is. It’s a scam !!!

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. No goods, no refund, order was supposedly delivered, but not to me. This company is a disgrace, they are scammers and should not be in business. Why is nothing done about them?
I am a disabled pensioner, I rely on online shopping a lot, and cannot afford to lose this money. I have explained this to them but they just don't care. I am angry that I have let myself be scammed, and worse I feel so helpless that there is nothing I, or anyone else can do.
The lesson is, ALWAYS read the reviews first.

Terrible company!!!
Package had no senders information nothing in or outside of package. Jacket was poorly made and was far too small. On 11March we sent a mail asking how to return the jacket , we sent a further message asking details how to return the item on 14 March .On the 16 March they replied and asked to send reason for return and photographs, which were sent on 17 March.
Today 24 March we have sent a further message asking “ what on earth is going on what’s the problem”. Unbelievable !!! Who ever gave this “ company “ if it is one ; should wipe them off their listings they need to be banned !! Don’t buy anything from these people , they are a disgrace, useless and fraudulent!!!
How on earth did they ever manage a one star rating???

Hands off!!! This is extremely
inferior goods and you wait for months. Cancellations are ignored, the money is debited. The goods are crumpled, there are still threads from sewing on them. The company is supposedly in the Netherlands, but it seems to be just a letterbox company. Returns have to be sent to China at your own expense, which costs huge sums and the customs formalities are hair-raising! Inferior goods are sent that are not worth the effort of returning! Also a business model!

Terrible experience – recommend getting your money back through your bank

I ordered from Julieta Moda and it was a huge disappointment. The product I received was not what I expected, and when I tried to return it, the company only replied once asking for photos and reasons for the return. I sent everything they asked for, but they never replied again. I also tried calling them, but no one ever answers.

They do not honor the return policy shown on their website. It's extremely hard to get any response or solution.
I strongly recommend anyone in this situation to contact their bank and file a dispute to get their money back, as the store offers no real customer support.
I do not recommend shopping at this store.

Pésima experiencia – recomiendo reclamar a través del banco

Hice una compra en Julieta Moda y fue una gran decepción. El producto recibido no fue el esperado y, al intentar devolverlo, la empresa apenas respondió a un correo solicitando fotos y razones para la devolución. A pesar de enviar todo lo solicitado, no volvieron a contestar nunca más. También intenté comunicarme por teléfono, pero nunca responden.

La política de devoluciones que publican en su web no la cumplen. Es muy difícil conseguir respuesta o solución.
Recomiendo a quienes estén en esta situación que contacten directamente con su banco para abrir una disputa y reclamar el reembolso, ya que la tienda no ofrece ningún tipo de atención real.

NO recomiendo comprar en esta tienda.

They refuse to give me my package or money back

The website has a phone number and address in the Netherlands, but you only find out that the product is sent from China once you are waiting more than 4 weeks for the product to arrive. From the website, I ordered a cashmere sweater. So I expected to receive a 100% natural and cashmere sweater. But I received a 100% polyester sweater. I wrote to claim a full reimbursement and payment of sending the sweater back. The contact (Claudia) in the company (probably using Google translate) offered me a 10% reimbursement suggesting that I keep the polyester sweater to give it as a present to someone else. That is not a solution. I tried to call the telephone number and it does not work.
My conclusion: it is a SWINDLE because 1) from the website it looks like you order the product from a Dutch company but it is sent from China, 2) they send a different product (polyester instead of cashmere) than published on the website, 3) the solution they offer is not a solution. I want my money refunded and not only 10%.

As others have stated. You expect to be receiving products from Europe and in fact, they come directly from China. The quality is awful. I ordered a Jenson - Men's Cable Knit Jumper and after only trying it on all the stitching came apart around the neckline. Do not buy from this store.

Total rip off and con. They are selling goods that come direct from China, claiming that they are high quality, they are not as described and they charge 90% of the sale price if you ask for a refund. Avoid, Avoid and Avoid

I ordered orthopaedic trainers but the shoes I have received are really poor. Not well made and nothing orthopaedic about them.
You get what you pay for but these were of no use or value at all. Really disappointing.
