On May 10th, 2025, I placed an order on their website under the order number #72025. The order status now shows as “delivered,” but I never received the item I purchased. The total amount I paid was approximately €80.

Initially, I believed this might be a shipping mistake. However, after checking Trustpilot, I discovered that many other customers have been scammed in the exact same way. Most report receiving a pair of cheap earrings instead of the actual product they ordered. When they contact the company, they are either ignored or told to return items they never actually received.

This is clearly a deliberate and organized scam, and this store must be taken offline and investigated to prevent further consumer harm.
