Appalling - don't order- time & money lost!
There's a sob story on her website saying they have to close down their fashion business in Madrid with a picture of a smart fronted store, everything is reduced delivery a week to 10 days. All lies. The clothes come from China, I ordered 3 dresses, 1 was marked Small, I ordered M, the other 2 must be XL, no labels, no tags, all in different 'used' plastic bags. One of them was nothing like the photo advertised, awful cheap polyester with yellow & brown pattern - it was supposed to be soft cotton with 2 pockets & front pleat in plain yellow.
On sending an email they replied ignoring my complaint & offering 30% if I order something else. They maintain you can't return sale items BUT they are all so called 'sale' prices!! I just wish I'd read the numerous bad reviews on Trust Pilot first - what a con!
