I ordered orthopaedic trainers but the shoes I have received are really poor. Not well made and nothing orthopaedic about them.
You get what you pay for but these were of no use or value at all. Really disappointing.

Obviously this is not the easiest of subjects for most of us to tackle. It’s difficult deciding to do this in the first place and then you need to find a provider. Avalon were highly recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint. From the initial phone call (with Nicky I think) to our appointment with Mike Thornton, we have had an excellent experience. Mike made a tricky subject very easy and we are very grateful to him. I cannot recommend Avalon and particularly Mike highly enough.

We were really nervous looking into private healthcare as we have recently moved to Spain. There are lots of companies and lots of very mixed reviews. Thank goodness we found the team at ASSSA in Javea, particularly Jennifer and Pilar. They have been amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they are delightful. In addition the cover has also turned out to be perfect, authorisations are managed swiftly and every medical professional has also been fantastic. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Goodness I wish I looked at these reviews before I bought anything. Bought a pair of alleged orthopaedic loafers, what a load of rubbish. At least 3 sizes too small and quality was rubbish. Went straight in the charity bag, lesson learnt “if it sounds too good to be true it most certainly will be”!

What a fantastic service. Really easy to book, excellent value for money and all went like clockwork. The driver was an absolutely charming youg man who couldn't have been more pity or helpful. I would highly recommend.

Incredibly disappointed to find a same day delivery but to get back phone call telling me no florists were able to fullfil my request. It was too late to find an alternative so overall not great although I did get a very nice apologetic call.
